Come enjoy our favorite beach destination, Brigantine! As a family we have been coming here for years, and we will never leave.

We hope you enjoy our newly renovated- 2 bedroom, 2 bath 2nd floor condo - just steps from the beach and park! This cozy beach condo is ready for you to put your feet up and relax. Fully renovated in the Winter of 2022, you can enjoy the private ROOF TOP deck with new grill, or hang out in the game room supplied with a ping pong table.

If you need a break from the beach the property neighbors plenty of restaurants/bars and a park with pickle ball courts, tennis courts, mini golf, hockey rink and skate park.

Lots to love about this beach haven getaway.

Good For Price - Great Location

The place is in a great location. Good for a family. 2 sets of bunkbeds made it easy to accomodate our kids. The sunroom was a good play space for the kids. The ping pong table was a big hit. Tips: pack your own sheets, extra pillows and towels. There are ant issues. We resolved with some ant traps. The bunk room does get hot. We bought a cooling fan at Wal-Mart and that helped. In general it was a good stay for the price and the neighborhood is safe and close to a lot.

This was our first time staying in Brigantine and we will be back! This was a beautifully renovated condo in an excellent location. Owner was attentive and responsive. Thanks again!

Overall, it was a nice place for our beach getaway.

This was our first time in Brigantine and we really enjoyed our stay. The rental is located in a nice and quiet family neighborhood (at least during early June which was before school ended and beach season has not started). Although it is only about 1-1/2 block from the beach, the grassy/sand dunes made the walk a bit long before getting to the actual beach. The beach wagon provided by the rental was very useful to lug chairs/beach toys, etc. It was also nice to have beach chairs and a tent at the rental to use. We enjoyed hanging out in the Rec room, played lots of ping pong, watched TV and read on the comfortable sectional couch. The only way to the Rec room is through the main bedroom which was strange, but no big deal for us. The rental does not have central AC, but has window AC unit in the living/dining area and in the main bedroom. Our four kids stayed in the bunk room and it was quite warm even with the fan on all night. We kept the doors to both bedrooms open so the cool air can travel to the bunk room. A portable AC unit would work well for that bunk room. The website listed two full bathrooms, but there is only one shower that's shared by two toilets. One shower can be challenging for 6 people, but the outdoor shower is an option. Also not listed, linens and bath/beach towels are not included and renters have to bring their own. Again, no big deal for us as we drove to Brigantine. Only one of the two TVs is a smart TV with WiFi that you can get Netflix/Hulu/etc. (TV in Rec room). It'd be nice to have both TVs working, esp when the kids wanted to watch something else. We love having the tennis/pickleball courts close by (a short walk around the block). We got the kids into pickleball and even joined in on some fun competition with the locals. Overall, it was a fun trip and the place worked out nicely for us.

Memorial Day weekend 2022

Location was great and is a short 1 1/2 block walk to the beach. The guest room with the 2 sets of bunk beds has a closet but no hangar bar or dresser or shelves for clothing storage. It was fine for our 3-day weekend because my adult daughters brough some hangars and shared the primary bedroom closet with me and my wife. If you are there for a week be prepared to live out of a suit case. Updated kitchen and bathroom is a nice touch. There is one shower inside the unit as well as an outdoor shower. The outdoor shower has hot and cold water which is great to rinse off the sand so you don't bring it into the unit. The out door deck area is nice and has a new grill but could use a couple extra seats as it only has 4 but the unit sleeps 6. You do have to walk through the primary bedroom to get to the screened in recreation area and then out to the deck. We really enjoyed the ping pong table that is in the screened in recreation area but it appears a couple of the screens could use replacing as there are holes in a couple spots. The washer and dryer worked great and it is always nice to have those available when away. There are two window air conditioning units, one in the kitchen area and the other in the primary bedroom and they worked fine. The bedroom with the bunk beds has a floor fan available. I was not able to figure out how to engage the television for streaming Netflix/Hulu, but it did not matter because the weather was incredible and we were out all day and night during the 3 day weekend and were only there to sleep and have a light breakfast. We love Brigantine and this is a good place to stay with great access to the beach!
