Disappointing. Guests take note
The reservation process was frustrating. You Book through a 3rd party. Then they ask you to provide a copy of your drivers license to then through a non secure website. When I questioned it they threatened but with cancellation just bc I asked why they needed that if they were a hotel that I could provide my id on site.
The Internet I’m the room was awful. This is not a great place if you need to work from the room nor watch streaming shows on the Roku they provide. The solution solution was to go to the business center to take virtual calls which has no privacy.
The shower has low water pressure. I sent a message through the portal and got a response that someone would come the next day. They did not. The hotel staff came up bc of a supposed water leak below me. I mentioned it to them. They said they would have someone come to. They did not. The maintenance person can’t came Sunday afternoon lies than 12 hrs before I was to check out.
The carpet has 2 decent sized blk stains/burn marks on it as well.
