The Space:
After a fun-filled day of adventures out on the slopes, unwind at this charming 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome.
Relax in the family room with a beautiful sectional sofa and cozy armchair seating. Guests will admire the expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of natural sunlight. Snuggle up with your loved ones next to the warmth of the indoor gas fireplace, as you stream your favorite show or movie on the flat-screen TV.
Step out onto the private outdoor patio, as you take in the beautiful mountain views, and gaze at the gorgeous glow of the sunset.
The chef in your group will appreciate the fully-equipped kitchen available for guests, where you will have everything needed to prepare a delectable meal. Enjoy your dinner in the dining area, while exchanging exciting stories of your day in Park City.
For a full night of uninterrupted sleep, the master suite, on the third floor, boasts a lovely king-size bed, vaulted ceiling, a flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a jetted spa tub, and a separate walk-in shower.
The second floor has a bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed, and the third bedroom with two twin-size beds, and a view of the family room through the windows. A shared full bathroom, around the corner from both rooms, is available on this floor with a shower/tub combo.
A full bathroom, on the main floor, is available for guests to share. Guests will also have access to a laundry room with a washer/dryer combo, on the second level of the townhome.
Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire home, a private outdoor patio, and 3 free parking spaces in the garage and driveway.
The Neighborhood:
This townhome is the perfect gateway to experience mountain and outdoor adventures in Park City. The Main Street Historic District is a short 5-minute bus ride where you will have access to multiple eateries, breweries, museums, local markets, and other unique entertainment options.

Getting Around:
Park City Main Street Historic District and the nearest ski lift is a short 5-minute FREE bus ride with the Rossi Hill stop on multiple routes just a few steps away from this lovely townhome. Park City Town Chair Lift located within half a mile from the entrance of this townhome, will bring you to some of the best ski runs in Park City. The FREE Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around historic downtown. Uber/Lyft are always available.
Other Things to Note:
There are stairs in the unit to access the upper-level floors of the townhome. Please note that the garage has low clearance and will fit only small cars. Trucks and more oversized vehicles can park in the driveway.

• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
