You are first welcomed to a manicured, guard-gated community in the beautiful Ritz-Pointe complex of Monarch Beach/Dana Point, California. An assigned parking spot right next to this private condominium makes loading and unloading beach gear easy. Be among the first to stay in this upscale, completely renovated condominium. The inspiration for the tasteful décor comes from the host's travels across the Mediterranean, marrying the styles of contemporary dwellings in the Costa del Sol of Spain with the traditional beachfront homes of the French Riviera.

Thoughtfully furnished for couples and families alike, there is plenty of space in the dining area (fit for six) to eat home-cooked meals prepared in the chef's kitchen. Or settle down with a bowl of popcorn, turn on the fireplace, and stream a movie while sitting on the oversized couch! The second bedroom has a full over twin bunk bed and the adjacent bathroom has a tub and shower combination. The master bedroom has a king bed, television and en-suite full bath with walk in shower. Both bedrooms have large walk in closets to accommodate your things. You will have fresh linens and also bathroom essentials at your disposal.

The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities and your private washer and dryer room is accessible off the patio. We provide body boards and various beach gear for those sunny Southern California days. Feel free to also use the brand new BBQ grill equipped with all the necessary barbecuing tools.

Monarch Beach and Salt Creek Beach are a lovely stroll through the golf grounds of the Waldorf Astoria. No roads or cross walks, just a beautiful nature walk all the way to the beach. There are countless dine-in, take out and delivery options just a stone's throw from the condominium. Dana Point is a lovely beach town with a beautiful harbor and marina. It is also the "Whale Watching Capital of the World" with tours leaving from the harbor daily. If you're feeling adventurous rent an electric beach bike, go on one of the numerous hikes in south Orange County, or take a day trip to Los Angeles, San Diego, or Catalina Island by ferry.
