Three bedroom / three bathroom executive residence with price dependent on seasonality. Upon entry there is a landing to this spacious bi-level home. Going upstairs there is an open, spacious kitchen with dining room. The Colorado sunshine filling space through glass doors in the dining room. Kitchen is well-stocked with everything for baking, cooking, appliances, spices, oils and vinegars. Get comfortable in supple leather couch loveseat chair in the living room area. Watch your favorite shows on the 77" Smart TV, connected with local cable (bring your access codes for other apps). Down the hallway you'll find a beautiful main bathroom with shower, tub and lighted vanity. All three bathrooms have heating floors so no cold feet after your shower! At the end of the hallway, is the master bedroom with a king-sized Tempur-Pedic bed with head and foot adjustments, walk-in closet and smaller closets for ample clothes storage. The master bathroom is handsomely designed with sunlit window, large walk-in shower and expansive vanity. Across the hall from master bedroom is the home office space connected to second bedroom with Queen-sized bed. On the lower level, get fit in the gym area that has a stair-stepper, elliptical, universal weight machine and free weights. Use large screen TV for your workouts while a gas fireplace heats this area, and the entire home. Take a sauna to relax after your workout. By the workout area you will find an alternate master bedroom with a master bathroom with walk-in shower.
Walk outside from the gym to find a park-like yard along with a large hot-tub. Upper level deck has seating, gas fire-pit and gas grill for your outdoor pleasure. Amazing scenic views of the Rocky Mountains, sun rise and sun sets from this area.

The property is located in the popular Longmont Estates area. Close to North-South Hover Road with easy access to shopping. Nearby Lake McIntosh provides picturesque view of the Longs Peak and the front range with 5k walking/running path. You'll find a historic farm, Agricultural Heritage Center, off of this path. Several other working farms are available to visit in Longmont area.
Many excursions are available in Longmont. Walk your way around downtown Longmont to visit historic sites around Main Street and 3rd avenue including strolling around the Longmont Library or along 3rd avenue to see historic homes. Drop by the Longmont Visitor Center right next door to the historic Dickens Opera House. Feed your spirit at the oldest church in Longmont at 5th and Main.
There are many delicious option for lunch or dinner in the downtown area. Be sure to head down to 1st Avenue to check out the eclectic Cheese Importers. On your way you'll find Jefe's Tacos that has been feature on the Food Network as well as The Roost and The Post. Longmont has many restaurants to make up a foodie heaven including farm to table experiences. Go to Martini Bistro for special occasions. Hit the Brewhop Trolley to sample many of the craft brewing stops in Longmont.
Nourish your body with recreation at the Longmont Recreation center right across from the Longmont Museum. The area also is home to many hiking, biking, fishing, boating, tubing, snowshoeing and cross country skiing areas. Head out to the Eldora Mountain Resort or try out the Longmont Ice Pavilion at Roosevelt Park for your winter time enjoyment. Have an indoor blast at the Get Air Trampoline Park, indoor climbing and arts and crafts venues.
