This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome features the following:
• Lock-out efficiency suite on 1st floor with full bathroom and kitchenette. The efficiency has a separate entrance and includes a full size refrigerator, microwave, sink and full kitchen dishes, along with a full bathroom.
• 2nd floor includes the main living area, beautifully updated kitchen and bedroom with bunk beds and a full bed (this bedroom can sleep up to 5) with attached bathroom. This floor also features a wrap-around balcony off the living area, washer/dryer and dining table that can accommodate upto 10 people.
• 3rd floor has the Master suite with a king bed, full bathroom and gas burning fireplace. This floor also includes a couch that converts into a full bed, large round lounge chair and table that can be used for work or fun activities. There is a balcony on the 3rd floor with amazing views of sunset in the evening.

• Efficiency: This space includes a king-size bed. Additionally, a full size air bed is provided for guests to use as needed.
• Living area: Perfect for entertaining and large family gatherings. There is enough seating in the living area, dining table benches and the bar chairs by the kitchen.
• Kitchen & Dining: Fully stocked kitchen that includes all stainless steel appliances, gas burners, and a dining table that can easily accommodate up to 10 people. The dining table includes two benches and 4 chairs.
• Bedrooms: In addition to the sleeping area in the Efficiency, 2nd floor has a bedroom that can sleep up to 5 individuals (one full size bed and 3 levels of twin size beds in the bunk bed). On the 3rd floor, the Master suite has a king size bed, one pull out couch and two full size air beds available for guests to use as needed.
• Bathrooms: Each floor has a full bathroom with walk-in showers. The bathroom on the 3rd floor features bathtub with jets as well.
Outdoor & Other Amenities:
• Two balconies off the living area – one on the 2nd floor and one of the 3rd floor, both offer comfortable spots to enjoy the ocean breeze. The balcony off the 2nd floor has seating for six, the balcony off the 3rd floor has seating for two.
• The efficiency has a relaxing outdoor spot at the back of the unit.
• The community has a pool (not heated) and a hot tub. They are located within a few steps from the unit and are open year round.
• Wi-Fi is complimentary for the duration of your stay.
• Washer/Dryer is available in the unit on the 2nd floor for guest use.
Location:
• The unit is located less than one minute walk away from the nearest Panama City Beach access (Access #76B). You will find the beaches here to be a lot less crowded, cleaner and more family friendly.
• For more family fun, you will find popular attractions, high-end shops, restaurants, entertainment at Pier Park, Gulf World, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, Ripley's Believe it or Not and more. All these attractions are within a 10 min driving distance from the unit.
House Rules:
• Absolutely no pets allowed in the unit.
• No smoking or vaping on the property, not even on the balconies or in the car ports. This will be strictly enforced and violators will be charged a penalty.
• No gatherings outside of the group that has rented the property for their stay. No large or loud parties allowed. Some owners stay in the other units, we do not want to cause any inconvenience to them.
• Check in is at 3pm, check out is at 10am. Front door locks are programmed for this time, so please plan your stay accordingly.
• Outdoor ring cameras and floodlights are installed and monitored for safety of the guests and unit.
