Enjoy your meals with terrific beach and ocean views from your private balcony and then retreat to the inviting living room for a cozy evening at home watching something entertaining on the flatscreen TV. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials to make cooking a breeze, including a dishwasher.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful Condo, excellent location

This condo has beautiful views, appears to have been recently upgraded, and has the coziest couch which is all you really need after a long day on the beach. This building is one our favorites, it’s located in a quieter area but still is close to all the fun activities OC has to offer. Bonus, there’s an elevator too which makes unloading and loading much easier. We would love to be able to come back in the future!

We had a blast on our vacation. The rental was clean, been updated and has great views of the beach. What more could you ask for. The building is classic OC and right near all the action in North OC. We'd go again in a heartbeat. Thanks

Very upset with the condition of this place…

I did not imagine writing a negative post. I was skeptical because there were no reviews when I booked this place. I booked it for 2 nights to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday. The pictures looked great but come to find out they did not match up to the condition of this rental! It was upsetting to walk in to see stains all over the carpet. I mean all over! Not one or two stains. They were all over. There was dust and dog hair everywhere…on the couch and furniture. The couch had stains and rips. There was even a floss pick left on the night stand. I felt embarrassed that I brought him there. He immediately felt like he had to clean up. It was very upsetting after spending good money. I sent pictures to let the management know and they offered to send someone over to fix the issue. It was just a little too late and we dealt with it. I am not sure who is in charge of the cleaning but it was done very poorly. This is not the kind of rental that I would want to rent again. I would suggest someone really looking into the condition of this place and making some changes. The one positive thing about this place was the view!
