Paradise Palms Resort Stylish Townhome, 5 bed/4 bath, dip pool, Disney 6 miles!

Located 6 miles from Disney World, this stylish 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom end-of-row townhome has been restyled and redecorated throughout in a contemporary style and features a south-facing private splash pool. Plus complimentary resort facilities including a clubhouse, a resort-style communal pool, cinema, gym, tennis court, volleyball, games room and more.

The home sleeps a maximum of 10 guests plus a baby. It has a spacious floor plan with a king bedroom, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom on the lower floor, plus two king bedrooms with en suites and a twin room with family bathroom on the upper floor. The open-plan living space features a kitchen with breakfast bar, a formal dining area and a spacious family room.

Enter the home and you will find a stylish king bedroom on your left, complete with a Smart TV and a ceiling fan. Next door is a stylish blue twin room. Opposite is a family bathroom with a shower, granite counters, WC and sink.

Continue through to the spacious living area with a stylish formal dining area, an open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar and an attractive family room with a large L-shaped sofa, two armchairs, a Smart TV and a ceiling fan.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for at-home dining including a fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster, dishes, pots and pans etc. The kitchen has granite counters and a breakfast bar with stools.

Step out onto the pool deck with a private south-facing splash pool, a shaded dining area with a table and chairs set and sun loungers. The pool can be heated (optional extra) and has a pool safety fence for families with small children.

Upstairs you will find two further king bedrooms with en suites, a twin room and a family bathroom. Bedroom 1 is a stylish black and chrome king room with a flat screen TV, ceiling fan and a huge en suite with twin sinks, granite counters, WC and a bath/shower.

Bedroom 2 is a spacious king room decorated in neutral tones with a Smart TV, ceiling fan and an en suite with a shower.

Bedroom 4 is an attractive twin room with a Smart TV. Opposite is a family bathroom with a shower.

This beautiful home is walking distance - just 300 meters - to the resort’s fantastic clubhouse which includes an amazing resort-style swimming pool, loungers and seating areas, a kids’ pool, a gym, an arcade and games room with table tennis and pool table, a convenience store and coffee shop, 50-seat cinema with daily show times, tennis court and a kids’ play area.

The property includes a pack & play and highchair for babies. It has air conditioning throughout, ceiling fans, free Wifi and a laundry room with a washer, dryer and ironing facilities. There is an allocated parking space in front of the home. Additional cars can park in any unnumbered spaces.

Located just 6 miles from Disney World, the Paradise Palms Resort is located off the US Hwy192 with an abundance of restaurants, shops and dining options available. This home really does offer everything you need for your most memorable vacation yet!

SUPPLIES PROVIDED:
All our homes are self-catering. We provide an initial starter pack free of charge to help you on your first night that includes 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 small soap per bathroom, 1 kitchen paper roll, 2 dishwasher tabs, 1 kitchen sponge, 3 kitchen trash bags and 1 bag per small bedroom bin and 1 laundry detergent tab. All provisions beyond this are the guest’s responsibility to bring with them/purchase locally. We do not supply additional/unlimited toilet paper, toiletries or cleaning products.


STATE AND LOCAL RULES GUESTS ACCEPT WHEN BOOKING THIS HOME:
1. The maximum occupancy of the home is 10 guests plus 1 baby. This limit MUST NOT be exceeded at ANY TIME. Strictly no events or group gatherings. Breaking this occupancy rule leads to immediate eviction from the home with no refund.
2. Only Guests who are included in the reservation are authorized to be in the home. No external visits from friends or family are allowed even if this is below the maximum occupancy.
3. Resort and community facilities associated with the home are owned and operated by the Paradise Palms resort. Any limits or closures at any time are beyond our control.
4. SORRY BUT THIS HOME IS NOT SUITABLE FOR YOUNG ADULT/STUDENT GROUPS UNDER THE AVERAGE AGE OF 25.
5. Sorry, no pets.
6. NO SMOKING ON THE PREMISES INCLUDING POOL DECK

POOL HEAT OPTION:
The pool can be heated and is an additional $35 plus tax per day for the minimum of 3 consecutive days. Please book pool heat before your stay. If you request pool heat during your stay, please note that it takes around 24 hours for the pool to get to temperature and there is an additional call out fee of $20 to switch the pool heat on.

Pool heating is set to 87 degrees (please note, this is not warm to the touch, it is set to keep the chill off the water and raise it from its natural winter temperature in the 60s). Temperatures cannot be set higher due to sanitary regulations.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for failure of the pool heating equipment or issues caused by weather conditions. During the winter months when temperatures are in the 50s and below, this will affect the ability of the pool heaters to keep the pool to temperature.

Please note that all electric pool heaters have a safety ‘shut off’ to protect against freezing when the outside temperature is in the low 50’s. The heaters will not operate until the outside temperature rises above 52 degrees. This is not a fault with the machine, they are designed like this to stop them from freezing up.

Guests who have booked pool heat will still be charged for the pool heat, as the pool heaters will be running, so it is down to the guest to decide if they then wish to cancel their remaining days of pool heat use – we must be notified if they wish for us to switch it off. Refunds will be given on any unused days of pool heat and by booking pool heat the guests agree that no compensation will be given due to faulty pool heaters or bad/cold weather.

We suggest guests check the weather forecast for temperatures before their upcoming stay and then cancel pool heat accordingly if they feel it will be too cold.
