You can set sail from the dock each morning and come home to a private hot tub, a fantastic roof deck, and a well-appointed living space.

Painted in a vibrant shade of blue, this canal-front home captures the easygoing attitude of life in the Florida Keys. When you're not out on the water, booking a fishing charter, or visiting the nearby Turtle Hospital or Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters, you'll have wonderful outdoor spaces to enjoy - a dock for your boat, a rooftop sundeck with cushioned lounge chairs, a patio with a gas grill, and a hot tub to erase any lingering stress.

The coastal ambience can be felt indoors as well, where you'll be greeted by central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and comfortable-yet-stylish decor. There's a living room with ample seating and a flatscreen cable TV, a charming wet bar where you can mix drinks for your guests, and sliding glass doors that lead out to a sunroom with patio seating. The full kitchen is a great workspace, offering stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher and a wine fridge), a farm sink, and a center island with bar stools for three.

At night, you'll have four bedrooms to choose from, including a sunny primary suite with a private bathroom equipped with a soaking tub. The other three bedrooms share a full hallway bathroom with a shower. Additional amenities include a private laundry room and free WiFi throughout the house.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
