Within the central air-conditioning, the full kitchen features full-size appliances, a dishwasher, and a breakfast bar with room for four guests to enjoy a meal together. A private washer/dryer within the condo means everyone can pack light on this vacation. The living area sofa bed provides extra sleeping space.

Find another room!!!

I was truly disappointed in this condo. The floors were filthy. When you walked across the room, your feet were black. I spent a day cleaning the floors and still couldn’t get them clean. Not sure how long the dirty has been building up. The dishwasher door was broke, which Vacasa sent someone to fix. Both shower heads didn’t work correctly. The condo needs a deep cleaning and some paint. The electric grill on the patio kept tripping the outdoor outlet. We will not be staying in this condo again. A outlet behind the sofa is missing a cover. I can’t imagine the owners will be happy when they show up for a vacation. We have stayed with Vacasa several times and never had this problem. I will say the local Vascaca people are super nice and did what they could to help.

Needs Work and A Deep Clean!!

The condo needs some TLC. The king bed very uncomfortable. The floors are absolutely dirty. You better wear shoes inside or your feet will be black. Shower was gross. Location is good. Condo needs some attention. I would not rent this unit again but I would stay in this resort again.

Beautiful Property

The property itself was beautiful, clean and quiet. I would have given this place 5 stars if it wasn’t for the cleanliness of the room. The floors were so dirty it turned out feet jet black, we had to make sure we had shoes on at all times. The 2nd bedroom bed was broken and balancing on a pullout bed underneath. We lifted the bed to see what the problem was and all the slats that the bed should sit on were all underneath with broken pieces. My husband had to rig it so it could be used. I called the help number someone came the next day but didnt do anything. The refrigerator smelled so bad, I know it’s the beach but when I say that fridge reeked like fish! We even found fish scales still in the sink! One couch was completely broken, the other couches and chairs were all very dirty and needed a good cleaning. I wiped the table down before we ate the first night and the wipe was so gross! If it wasn’t for the cleanliness of the room, this would have been the perfect place. The pool was amazing and it was so nice to walk the dock at the bay. It was a very quiet area, away from the crowds.
