Comfortable Modern Mountain Home

Our property is perched on the top of gloriously sunny ridge, with panoramic forest and mountain views. One of the only houses that allow you to see a sunset in Whistler!

We built this house for our busy, extended family, so everything is set-up to host gatherings of 12+ people. The open plan great room is a perfect place to celebrate together.

We completed construction in April 2021, so everything is new.

There are 4 bedrooms on the top floor of the house:
The house has a master bedroom (King bed) with fantastic views across the valley. There is a built-in wardrobe and a large en-suite bathroom with a steam shower, freestanding tub and a beautiful planted wall.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with double wide shower.

The 3rd bedroom is set-up as a kids bedroom with a double bed (Montessori-style floor bed) and shares a bathroom with the laundry and bedroom 4.

The 4th bedroom has a queen bed and and shares a bathroom with the laundry and bedroom 3.

On the ground floor of the house we have a large, open plan room with fantastic kitchen that includes a 48" Fisher-Paykel induction range, 3 dishwashers (two are dish-drawers), and cascading tropical plants to soften the light.

Our dining table is 10ft long and seats 10 easily, but we have additional chairs for a larger group.

The house is heated with underfloor heat throughout, but we have a wood-burning stove for a more atmospheric heat source in the winter.
