Located right at the entrance of Waikiki. You will have a prime location for experiencing the Waikiki. Minutes away from Hawaii Convention Center, Ala Moana Shopping Center. Steps away to the famous Duke Kahanamoku Beach.

The sleeping arrangements are convenient with 2 double beds and Sofa Bed could turn into a bed.

Food, The Cinnamons is right in the hotel. Open daily from 7AM to 9PM. The Aroma Caffe, enjoy authentic, high quality, Italian coffee at the Ilikai Hotel. Open daily from 6AM to 4PM.

Other features include the free Friday night live music and Hula Show in the Ilikai courtyard from 6PM to 8PM and the Friday night fireworks display in front of the Hilton Hawaiian village next door at 7:45PM. The fireworks are viewable from the Hilton Hawaiian village lagoon, which is right as you exit out the back walking path from the Ilikai. Also the Hilton Hawaiian Village lagoon is for the public and is a great feature for the kids!

Guest Access:
Guests are welcome to use all the amenities that the Ilikai Hotel has to offer with the exception of the exercise room. The hotel offers two swimming pools, numerous shops, and eateries in the lobby including a large sundry store. The Hilton Lagoon and lobby is a three-minute walk along the beach.

Coin laundry machines on each floor with $2.5 each time and trash receptacles, changing machines at the 7th-floor laundry.

Pools located on the lobby floor and on the second floor Operation hours: 7:00am - 7:00 pm

Beach gear rental shop located on the lobby floor. It rents snorkel gear, surfboards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and etc. Business hour: 7 am to 5 pm daily.

* Unfortunately, our guests are not able to access the gym in Ilikai Hotel. The gym access is for hotel guests only. Our unit is privately owned and it is not part of hotel operations.

Getting Around:
Ilikai Resort Valet Parking:
Valet parking is available 24/7 and is $28 a day with in/out privileges, of course you must tip for each time. Please check the rate on arrival. No reservations needed. Just arrive anytime and valet staff is on duty.

Lagoon Parking:
The Ilikai back foyer has a ramp that drops you right on the lagoon on the ocean side. You can park free on the left side during the day for up to 6 hours. These spaces always fill up with surfers during the day but open up throughout the day. There is no parking after 10:30pm in the free parking area. All cars are towed right at 10:30pm sharp so don't forget your car there.

Directly across from the free parking spaces there are numbered paid parking stalls that you can use for $1 an hour. Park in any stall and purchase your ticket from the machine at the entrance to the lot by can choose any amount of hours you want. The machines take cash and credit cards.

Ilikai Bell Captain:
The bell captain or valets can assist you with your bags and deliver them to your room when you arrive or when you leave. Tip is usually $1-$2 per bag.

Red Lobster Parking:
Across the street on the west side on Hobron Lane is Red Lobster. There is a parking garage located there that offers parking for $23 per day. Please check rates upon arrival.

Other Things to Note:
• Smoking: $500 fine per occurrence. Please note that we have a strict no-smoking policy, any traces of smoking inside the unit or in the hotel you will be evicted.

• Events/Parties are Prohibited, Security Deposit will be not be released (Hotel security are on site 24 hours)

Please respect the community: No parties, events, and keep outside noise to a minimum after 10 pm. Ask for approval if you've additional guest fees apply.

As a friendly reminder, if you’ve any issues during your stay, please bring to our attention. We would love to fix it for you right away. Any refunds on Cleaning or Nightly Rate will not be authorized after check out.

Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a per there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay. Also, an extra guest fee applies after 02 guests $25 per person, per night.

This property had a wonderful view and we spent a lot of time on the balcony for breakfast and in the evenings. However, it was much smaller than we anticipated as a family of four. (The pictures definitely make it look more spacious). The apartment was also very outdated. We recommend updating the coffee maker, blender and pans because we used them each day. The refrigerator barely closed properly. We had to constantly check to make sure there was a tight seal. The bathroom sink would drip and the kitchen sink would fill up with water quickly. The shower needs an upgrade. In addition, the shower head is very low. My husband and I are both 5’10 and we had to duck to shower each day. The AC was great at night and the fan was great during the day when we would stop in between the beach and traveling around the island. The beds were comfortable. We were only given two beach towels for a family of 4, but we made it work. Also, the first night my husband went to iron his shirt and black particles fell all over his clothes. Fortunately, the property manager was quick to bring us a new iron the following day. Overall, we didn’t need much for sleeping quarters, but a few cosmetic updates are recommended for future guests. The Illikai is in a great location and allows for easy access to restaurants, coffee, parking garages, bars, beaches, etc. There’s a yummy ice cream place downstairs and a small cafe for coffee and breakfast. Thank you!

Ilikai Paradise
Our accommodations were perfect for what we needed on our Hawaiian Vacation! The property was well maintained and beautifully appointed. The view from the balcony was fabulous. We made it a point to be back from our daily adventures in time to take in the fabulous sunsets from the comfort of our Lanai. Central location. Steps away from beautiful beaches and the marina. Close to the mall and shopping and surrounded by restaurants. We like that it was close to Waikiki proper but away from crowds. We prepared most of our meals in the condo. The grocery store on site is expensive but with grocery stores a short drive, we wanted for nothing and saved money. We parked at the Marina lot it is cheaperthan valet at the property. Safe and easy to access covered lot. Thanks to our hosts we had another wonderful vacation on Oahu! We’ll be back for sure.

Avoid-Keep searching
Where to start. First the positive reviews are from owner and friends and family. When arrive first it was hot in unit, then there was mold on shower curtains. And there is mold in walls in bathroom. Your find out after taking a shower there will be bubbles on wall which indicates there’s moisture in walls which means there’s mold. And the biggest complaint I have is the curtains in the main room/living room (which the beds are all same room) but share the same very big window that has No blackout curtains. It’s sooo bright in there at night that you could read a book. I mentioned to management and they said “ah just throw a blanket over it” so be warned you will not sleep at all with all the light coming in last it says it has Ocean view. Well that’s misleading cause you see a building and a harbor you have to look way to the left to see any ocean. All in all If you haven’t booked it yet I would strongly suggest keep looking for something else. If you already booked I feel sorry for what you’re about to get into. The only thing management did was provide us a new shower curtain (which I had to put up) oh and also pest control had to enter as well. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. I would never stay here again
