Villa El Romeral Benahavís

Nestling in the hills a stone's throw from the prestigious La Quinta golf course, El Romeral is an elegant Andalusian villa with undeniable charm. Facing due south, this house invites you to enjoy a unique experience on the Costa del sol, with its heated outdoor pool, gardens and breathtaking views over the Mediterranean.

El Romeral sleeps up to 14 people and comprises a main house and a guest house, all set in an area of 346m2.

The villa was completely renovated in May 2023.


After passing the entrance porch in the garden, you will take a small path that will lead you to the entrance of the villa.


THE VILLA: 8 GUESTS 4 BEDROOMS - 4 BATHROOMS :



As soon as you enter the villa, a large welcoming hall leads to an elegant dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy lounge, ideal for relaxing.

A second small lounge is also available.

All these rooms lead to a spacious, fully equipped 40m2 porch, where you can enjoy al fresco dining and lounging.

The staircase in the main hall takes you to the master bedroom, which has a private lounge, a large bathroom, a large dressing room and a spacious 45m2 terrace with sun loungers and spectacular views of the Mediterranean.

All rooms have 180x200cm beds.

Each room has its own private bathroom and individual air conditioning.

THE GUEST-HOUSE: 6 GUESTS (3 BEDROOMS 2 BATHROOMS):


30 metres from the main villa, the guest-house faces the swimming pool and is equipped with a kitchen, living room and dining room.

2 bedrooms, each with a 180x200cm bed.

1 bedroom has 2 single beds (90x200cm).

SWIMMING POOL & BARBECUE :


The heated outdoor swimming pool is 14 metres long and 4 metres wide.

There are 6 comfortable sun loungers along the poolside.

There is a porch area for outdoor dining and barbecuing.

A gas barbecue is set up next to the pool.

The Villa is located in Monte Halcones, between the La Quinta golf course and the Los Arqueros golf course.

You can easily reach by car;

Marbella in 22 minutes, Puerto Banus in 16 minutes, San Pedro beach in 13 minutes, Estepona in 22 minutes and Malaga airport in 46 minutes.
A 15-minute drive will take you to the charming white village of Benahavís.

This is the ideal place for food lovers, with a multitude of restaurants offering exceptional local cuisine. What's more, the area is surrounded by spectacular nature, offering plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities (trekking, canyoning, horse riding, water sports, yoga, etc.).

The nearest supermarket is 300 metres from the house.

Parking Outside parking for 6 cars is available on the property.
