Just a couple, feeling super lucky to live in Saratoga Springs where there is ALWAYS something fun to do year-round!

This charmer is ideally located between the Saratoga Thoroughbred Racetrack and downtown Saratoga's main street. At 2,000 square feet home has 3 bedrooms upstairs w/ 2 full baths and 1 open bedroom downstairs w/ curtain closure. Screened patio with sitting for 8, large TV, and hot tub. Walk 0.4 mile to racetrack or town, 1 mile to the Spa Park for golf, tennis, pool. Entertainment, amazing food, and recreation is endless any time of the year. Just 4 miles to Saratoga Lake and 20 minutes to Lake George or West Mt. Ski Area. The house is located on the East Side and is primarily a residential neighborhood located just a few blocks from Saratoga Racecourse to the east, and a few blocks through Historic Congress Park to downtown to the northwest. Just one block away, The Little Market provides the neighborhood with grocery items and full-service deli service. A large grocery store, liquor, etc. are all within walking distance. During the 19th and early 20th centuries, this east side area was where the city's well-to-do residents built their homes, when the city was one of the country's top resorts, frequented by many of the wealthiest families of the era. Later, it was home to the earliest incarnations of Skidmore College. In 1982 it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Our home is located in a mixed area with a neighborhood feel.
