This private, new construction luxury home has fantastic features for any large group. With building completion in 2021, this exceptional home includes an outdoor pool and spa. The pool can also be heated/cooled at an additional charge. The Holly Jolly Beach Oasis has five bedrooms, four full baths, parking for up to 8 vehicles, modern technology throughout, fast wifi, 7 TV's including an 85" in the living room and a 65" outdoor TV, a game room & tons of outdoor entertainment space! And you're just steps from the beach!

Holly Jolly Oasis Review

My family and I stayed at this property for thanksgiving and our overall stay was amazing. The kids and adults had a wonderful time despite the poor cleanliness (floors and linen) and non working hot tub. When we arrived it was pitch black and there were NO reflectors to indicate the step down, and 4 members of our family were invited to a nice fall. We also were welcomed to hair in two of the beds and brown stains on downstairs and upstairs towels. (Thankfully we came fully equipped with Lysol, towels, washcloths, and extra linen) Also, the refrigerator shelf on the door was already broken before our arrival and we where charged after the fact. Despite all the other cons the house came fully equipped with games and other activities, also in a nice location and just a short walk from the beach!

Very nice property. Would be an amazing stay for the summer. Keep in mind there are cameras in the front and rear. So if you don’t like being watched, this is not the place for you.

A lovely home ,pool and location

Downstairs bedroom has only outside access and you can only enter the home from the rear. Home is clean, comfortable and very well appointed. Please keep in mind that there are monitored cameras everywhere around the exterior of the home. One of my guests thought it would be interesting to cover one. I was contacted immediately after it was covered. If you don't mind being under constant surveillance, this is the place for you. Other than that this place is awesome. It's also an easy walk to the beach.

The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, an eat-in counter bar, full cookware and SS appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher). You'll have the pleasant option of casual in-house meals, going out to sample local restaurants, or a beachside cookout with the grill and multiple outdoor entertainment areas. You're steps from the beach, yet you feel like you’re tucked in a quiet residential street. Special features include a private swimming pool (can be heated or cooled but MUST give owner notice before your stay), tanning deck & hot tub (available June 2021), separate mother-in-law suite downstairs, outdoor hammock, cozy reading spaces, amazing custom bunk bed room for adults or kids, game room and fully stocked amenities. The home has 7 TVs (every bedroom has a smart tv) and whole house fast WIFI. You'll have hours of indoor/outdoor fun with the ping pong table, basketball game, candy machines, pool games, outdoor cornhole game and tons of indoor card/board games.

This home SLEEPS UP TO 22 people, the home has 1 King bed, 6 Queen beds, 3 Twin XL beds, 2 Twin beds, 1 Queen air mattress, 1 Twin air mattress & a large sofa. in each bedroom. The Holly Jolly Beach Oasis is a non-smoking vacation accommodation and no pets, please.

In addition, THERE ARE SOO MANY fun things to do here at our beach. Swim, surf the waves, fish, golf or just relax under your beach umbrella. There are exciting shows at the music theaters, live stage performances... drama, comedy, magicians and musicals, and lots more. Enjoy a day trip to Brookgreen with its amazing botanical gardens, American figurative sculpture, and low-country zoo. Have family fun & thrills at the Grand Strand's amusement and water parks. Walk to Molly Darcy's Irish Pub & Restaurant, Plantation Pancake House or to Mr. G's Ice Cream. Don't miss out on any of the fun!
