The Space:
Kokanee Bay Beach House is one of our Signature Series homes located only 3 miles from downtown Coeur d’Alene. This luxurious waterfront property features amenities you’ll love, including a private waterfront, private dock, and a multitude of areas to enjoy and relax.

Beautifully upgraded, you’ll be wowed by this home’s modern rustic style throughout. The kitchen features a beverage cooler, double oven, copper farmhouse sink, and large island with seating for 3. Just off the kitchen you’ll find a dining area with a long table offering seating for 6. The cozy nearby living room has an electric fireplace, TV, and access to the upper deck. This area of the home is lined with large windows, providing a backdrop of the sparkling lake from nearly anywhere. There is also a half bathroom by the living room.

The primary bedroom is also located on the main level of the home. This gorgeous suite offers a king bed, beautiful lake views, deck access, and an attached bathroom. With a large multi-head shower featuring gorgeous stonework and a glass door, this bathroom will add a fancy spa-like flair to your vacation.

Downstairs you’ll find an entertainment room with a full wet bar, shuffleboard, lower deck access, a second living room with a fireplace and TV—and the same stunning views of the water. This lower level of the home also houses two bedrooms—one with a queen bed and one with 2 full beds—both with private access to the lower deck, where you can enjoy a relaxing soak in the . A full bathroom with a glass shower/tub and laundry is conveniently located nearby. Plus, over the garage there’s a bunk room with 1 Queen bed, 1 Full size futon, 2 twin beds, and a cozy little balcony.
