Spend time with your guests in the entertainment room complete with a video arcade (100+ games), a foosball table, and 70” screen tv. Decked out with plenty of gaming and media options, host a relaxing movie marathon or challenge each other to an old-fashioned game night.

Enter into the cozy main room which features a wood-burning freestanding fireplace that is a warm flashback to older homes, while offering plenty of comfortable seating on the plush leather sofas and around the dining table for eight. The neighborhood is what makes this location perfect. Chip seal roads (No dust and no ATVs racing through the roads!!!) The neighborhood is very quiet and a lot of deer and wild turkeys wonder around the area.

The property has 3 stories. The main floor is in the middle with the kitchen and living areas.
