Brand new waterfront, modern art themed house in beautiful Davis Shores in St Augustine! Cast a line from the back yard dock and catch a fish or take a short stroll/bike ride to historic downtown. This 4 bed 4 bath home is sure to impress. Some will love the wifi and hdtv's throughout, others will love the large, spacious yard and personal gym in the garage. Watch manatees swim, fish jump and enjoy epic sunsets over the Intracoastal Waterway all from the back yard! This property has several great attributes. At nearly 3600 heated and cooled square feet, there is room to spread out and relax with family and friends. One of my favorite features is that the area over the garage serves as its own private apartment with private entrance and even its own laundry room. It can be easily incorporated to make the house a free flowing 4/4. With two sets of laundry machines, guests will never bump heads come laundry time! There is also a remote controlled and keypad activated security gate as well as room for 4 large vehicles in the driveway alone. The gym has a Concept 2 rowing machine, bench, squat rack and dumbbell set for those who like to stay active. As far as the neighborhood goes, I can't say enough good things. We're on the water yet less than half a mile to The Bridge of Lions and Historic Downtown St Augustine. There are several coffee shops, restaurants and shopping destinations all within an quick walk on eclectic Anastasia Blvd. The Conch House Marina and Resort is an easy stroll within the neighborhood and is a great place to catch a sunset, have a meal or book a boat tour or fishing charter. Lighthouse Park is also just a brief walk down the road and is a very popular tourist destination. A wonderful recent addition to our neighborhood is the Chop Shop Artisan Butcher. They have everything you want and then some for those nights you feel like staying in and grilling out!
