You'll be a short drive from the lake, so you can easily spend your days water skiing, boating, and fishing. If you're visiting during the winter months, you'll love skiing and snowboarding at China Peak Mountain Resort.

The Silvertip subdivision is nestled right in the heart of Shaver Lake, just one mile from the very popular village and a short drive to the lake.

This beautiful, 3 bedroom 2 bath home makes this a perfect destination for families & friends, sleeping up to 8. Spread out under the vaulted ceilings in the main living room while you cuddle up next to the stone-faced fireplace and stream some tunes. There is space for the entire family. The kids have a private large room upstairs, equipped with a TV and games. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with everything you may need to make a cozy home-cooked meal. Even enjoy your delicious meal while sitting on the front or back deck. Please note the deck and furniture is accessible May-Nov, weather permitting.

Linens - We DO provide clean linens
Towels - We DO provide clean bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths.

Please note - This property does not accommodate boat or trailer parking. You can call Sierra Marina in advance to reserve a boat slip and overnight parking should you like to bring a boat.
