Quiet Cottage Escape In Downtown Close to it All

The living room and dining room are open plan so everyone can enjoy socializing! The kitchen is off the dining room. Down the main hallway you will find the bedrooms and bathroom. The master bedroom features a queen bed with a new smart work desk. The second bedroom has a new metal full sized bed and single nightstand. The final bedroom has a twin bed with a trundle option. (Please note- the trundle is not set up unless we are notified you will need it set up for your stay.) The back yard is fully fenced in for your pups to play! We do have adirondack chairs and a fire pit! Finally, there is a long private driveway. If you’re coming in with a trailer, camper or multiple vehicles there is plenty of room to park in our private driveway.

Southern Pines is known for its vibrant downtown area with many shops, restaurants, and entertainment. The main streets are the two sides of Broad Street, divided by railroad tracks offering many unique businesses, beautiful parks and the idyllic downtown scene. Now that summer is upon us there are many festivals and events every week! Reach out to hear some great recommendations for your stay!

This home is located near by the Mid Pines, Pinehurst and Southern Pines Golf Courses. Not to mention many more! If you're coming to golf feel free to reach out with any questions!

**Pet Rules**
Pets are must be approved prior to booking. There is a $250 pet deposit for the first and $50 for the second.
Deposit must be paid a week before arriving, or your stay will be cancelled and it will be non refundable. If you are booking less than a week out the pet deposit needs to be paid with in 24 hours of booking.
Dogs under 2 years must be crated while owners are away.
No pets on the furniture.
We will charge a minimum of $50 if there is evidence of dogs on the furniture.

**House Rules**
We live near by and have many friend that live around the house, they will call us if guests violate the house rules.
Price per night is for 4 guests. Additional $25/night per each additional guest. Please be accurate, it will help us ensure the appropriate supplies for your stay!
No additional guests may stay at the property from the booking amount, we will ask to confirm. Additional guests is a violation and we will terminate your stay immediately and it will be non refundable.
Firepit and grill are not to be left unattended while using.
Grill must be moved out from under the carport when using.
Quiet hours are observed from 11pm to 6am
Only parking in the driveway is permitted.
Do not park in the grass.
Please respect the home and property we have opened up to you.
