Dunes Village Resort is the home of Myrtle Beach's Best Indoor Waterpark! Enjoy the pool or play basketball or volleyball in the teen pool. Let the kids take a deep sea adventure in the Silly Submarine. Relax in one of the 3 whirlpools. Have a blast on the brand new speed slide or wild winding slide. The Water Parks are Heated and fully enclosed from November 15th – April 30th.

Head up to the 2nd floor to find this charming OCEANFRONT condo, complete with a gorgeous view of the water. If you can’t keep your eyes off the ocean, step outside and let the salty ocean breeze greet you. Relax on a lazy vacation morning while sipping coffee on the balcony. Enjoy the spectacular sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean that will make you want to return again and again.

Inside, settle down on the sofa to take a much-needed load off. On one of the 2 flat-screen TVs, you can watch your favorite shows, so be sure to gather around for some late-night popcorn and movies. The kids will enjoy connecting their favorite game system to the extra TV while you still have use of the other!

Whenever hunger strikes, head to the kitchen to make a great meal, heat up some leftovers, or pack a picnic you can take with you to the beach. On those days you decide to dine in, you can enjoy a romantic dinner for 2 that won’t break the bank as you enjoy the view out the sliding glass door. If cooking isn’t your thing, enjoy a lovely night out at one of the over 1,900 restaurants of the Grand Strand area. After all, you’re on vacation to relax.

Come nighttime, cuddle up for a peaceful night of rest in the KING SIZE BED and/or queen sleeper sofa.

Guests will have access to fabulous shared amenities. Go for a swim in the indoor or outdoor pool, soak in a relaxing hot tub, let the kids splash in a kiddie pool or race on a waterlide, or enjoy a leisurely float along the lazy river.

Take in a show or concert at the nearby House of Blues, Alabama Theater, or Carolina Opry. At Legends In Concert, you just might see Elvis! For some entertaining dining, you can watch a joust at Medieval Times or hang out with pirates at Pirate’s Voyage.

Broadway at the Beach is just about 5 miles from the condo, where you’ll find a premier shopping center filled with everything from amazing shops and live entertainment to zipline, helicopter, and jet boat excursions. Here you can enjoy a day of shopping, feed a stingray at the fantastic Ripley’s Aquarium, take the kids on a carnival ride at the Pavillion Nostalgia Park, or check out Wonder Works for some educational fun. If you’re hungry, enjoy one of the many restaurant selections, including the famous Hard Rock, Wahlburger’s, Dave & Buster’s, or Margaritaville. If you’re looking for a little nightlife, grab daiquiri at Fat Tuesday’s, dance to your favorite music at one of the many clubs, join in the fun at Señor Frog’s, or request a song at Crocodile Rocks dueling piano bar - it’s so much fun!

For the best views in the area, take a ride up the Myrtle Beach Skywheel - located just over 5 miles away - and then end the day with a sunset stroll down Pier 14!

Q: 'Are there any hidden fees?'
A: NO - There are no required 'surprise' costs or resort fees. What you pay when you book is all you will pay for your stay.

Q: 'Can I Check-In Early?'
A: MAYBE – Our cleaners offer a very limited number of priority check-ins each day that would allow guests to arrive at 1PM. The cost is $50 and they must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. They are available on a first come, first served basis. If you would like to add this to your booking, please message us and we will provide additional instructions.

Q: 'Can I Check-Out Late?'
A: NO – Sorry, but due to the cleaning schedule, departure times cannot be changed.

Q: 'Are bath towels and sheets included?'
A: YES – We provide sheets for the beds listed and also 1 bath towel and wash cloth per the occupancy of the property you rented. We do not allow bath towels to be taken to the beach, so please make arrangements for beach/pool towels.

Q: 'Is parking included?'
A: YES - Parking is free for ONE car. You will receive ONE parking pass per unit rented, which is limited by the HOA. We receive limited numbers of parking passes and then we have to purchase them. Please don’t write on it and return it to the unit before you leave to avoid a replacement charge.

Q: 'Can I Pay for an Extra Parking Pass?'
A: NO – Sorry, but parking pass limits are set by the buildings due to the limited parking space available. However, in Myrtle Beach, you can contact the Pavillion Parking Garage that will allow you to park at most meters in the City of Myrtle Beach. The cost of a visitor meter pass is currently $50 per week (Spring 2024).

Q: 'Are there pool arm bands?'
A: YES - Pool bands can be obtained from the front desk.

Q: 'Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry?'
A: NO - You are on vacation! However, we do ask that you treat the property with care so it stays nice for others & follow a few guidelines before you leave: Please empty the refrigerator, bag up your trash & take out any excess that won’t fit in the cans, and wash your dishes or load/run the dishwasher (if equipped) before you leave. We do not expect you to clean or do laundry before you check out, but we do ask that you tidy up after yourself with those few items that are not included in the cleaning fee.

Q: 'Do you allow pets?'
A: NO, sorry - Pets are not allowed at this resort per our HOA bylaws. However, we do currently rent 5 properties where we can accept small dogs. Contact us for more details.

Q: 'Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony?'
A: NO, sorry – SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in this unit and on the balcony - no exceptions. It is very costly to have a service remove smoking odors - especially in the short time between guests. If we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke or if we find that you have tampered with the smoke detectors to hide that smoking has occurred, it will result in a minimum $250 charge. Please be sure to read the entire rental agreement and house rules for more information about smoking.

Q: 'Are there pots/pans/dishes?'
A: YES - The kitchen is equipped with the basic items needed for cooking/eating. If there is some specialty small appliance you enjoy, please feel free to bring it along.

The condo is your exclusive home away from home. This is not a shared property. You can relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

We love this neighborhood next to the upscale "Golden Mile" residential area. It is still Ocean Blvd., but it is out of the crazy traffic of the South end. In our opinions, it is the perfect combination of resort (with tons of amenities) and relaxing vacation.

For the very best experience, we recommend that guests have a car. There is so much to do that the freedom of a car is very nice. However, other transportation options are available. There is a bus line that runs the length of Ocean Blvd. There are also plenty of taxi cabs available - including a taxi stand at Broadway at the Beach in case you need a ride back from the clubs. Uber and Lyft are plentiful and inexpensive.

Please be aware that it is very busy during bike weeks, especially during Atlantic Beach Bike Fest, and the can lead to police managed traffic flows, a lot of traffic, and crowded conditions in the area. In addition, our busiest week is 4th of July week. While parking is ample, it is on a 1st come 1st served basis.

This unit is self-catering. Consumable items such as toiletries, cleaning products, and paper products are not included. Starter rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, and hotel size soap and shampoo are provided as a courtesy, but guests will need to bring or purchase additional supplies after these are used up.

Amenities may be subject to closure/interruption without notice due to inclement weather, new restrictions, or other unforeseen issues as determined by the HOA, service providers, and building management.

If case you are traveling in a larger group, we rent other condos in the area. Feel free to contact us at any time should you need to rent another condo.
All guests are required to completed the Rental Agreement provided by the Host after booking. Guests who do not sign the Rental Agreement will not be allowed to check-in. The Rental Agreement is the same as the house rules below:
