Enjoy the scenery and miles of trails at your doorstep. This 3 bedroom well cared for country escape Lower Flat is completely updated and offers many amenities to satisfy and complete your stay. Over 1500 sq/ft finished lower level for guests to sit back and enjoy with family and friends. Step outside to an oversized patio that can accommodate the entire family and enjoy sunsets overlooking the Horseshoe Region. Gourmet kitchenette (no oven) to speed things up and enjoy more time relaxing and having fun. Why not whip up a quick meal on the BBQ, sit back on the patio and enjoy!

Guests will have all the comforts of home! Get comfortable by sitting by the gas fireplace, enjoying a nice glass of wine, prepare some delicious food in the kitchenette and spend time having fun playing the arcade games and air hockey with family while having fun playing a variety of board games!

Enjoy scenic views overlooking the escarpment, go for a walk or hiking on the trails on the property, get active and bike through the forest trails or sit back, relax and enjoy a bonfire and beautiful sunsets! Ski/snowboard Weekend

Margaret and James have a beautiful location that is perfectly situated for a fun weekend of snow activities! We felt like royalty enjoying their hospitality. Close to Mount St Louis Moonstone and Horseshoe Valley. We can’t wait to plan another trip away so we can go back ♥️.

The home is perfectly executed with comfort and design. Well equipped and honestly one of the nicest stays we have experienced in while.
