For those who love to cook, the well-equipped large kitchen awaits your culinary creations, making meal preparation a breeze.

Your Outdoor Retreat:

Step outside to a generous deck overlooking a partially shaded, grassy yard—ideal for both relaxation and play. Enjoy a heated bath (very popular with our guests), BBQ for grilling enthusiasts, dining table for al fresco meals, lounger and egg chair for chilling with a good book, trampoline for the kids, and an outdoor shower—perfect for rinsing off after beach days.

The Space:

Master Bedroom: King bed, walk-in wardrobe, dresser, and ensuite.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed with wardrobe and set of drawers.

Bedroom 3: Queen bed with wardrobe and set of drawers.

Bedroom 4: King single bed with wardrobe and set of drawers.

Study/Workstation: Off the kitchen, perfect for remote work or study.

Kitchen: Fully equipped and spacious with ample bench space, large oven, de'longhi coffee machine, breakfast bar, and stools. Coffee pods, tea, sugar and milk provided.

Lounge Room: Sunken area with 2 x 3-seater couches, an occasional chair, and coffee table. Equipped with a Samsung smart TV, DVD player, PS3, and Sonos soundbar.

Bathrooms: 2 x spacious bathrooms both with showers and one with a luxurious bath. Shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, hand soap, towels, bath salts and toilet rolls provided.

Home Gym: Located in the garage, featuring a commercial-grade Technogym treadmill, weight bench, weights, and boxing bag.

Laundry: Washer, dryer, clothes airer and washing powder.

Beach Gear: Provided for your convenience; please note, beach towels are not included.
