The Space:
Experience the comfort of the main bedroom suite, featuring a luxurious King Bed, large flat screen TV, a luxurious ensuite with a bath and walk in shower, a walk-in robe, ensuring privacy for couples. The large second bathroom also offers a bath and walk-in shower. The other 3 bedrooms all offer comfortable queen beds and robes. The spacious open-plan living area showcases high architectural ceilings, leading to sunny decks through large sliding doors. The fully equipped kitchen caters to both short and long stays. The living area features an electric gas fire-look heater, creating a cozy ambiance, and a large flat-screen TV. The dining area includes an extra seating area, providing space for reading or board games (a variety of board games are available). Enjoy sunny relaxation on the large decks surrounding the house, and make the most of the fully enclosed backyard, ideal for family activities and evening BBQs. This property is ideal for families and couples who value space and comfort. The historic Gold Mine and Miners Gold Brewery are just a short drive, plus so many local vineyards, we just hope you allow yourself enough time to explore it all!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house, including the decks, yard and undercover off-street parking area. Please note that the garage and the outside storage room are not accessible to guests.

Step outside and you're moments from the award winning Exeter Bakery, perfect for a morning treat, literally just across the road. Wine enthusiasts will rejoice in the proximity of the Tamar Valley Wine Centre, a short stroll away (approximately 5 minutes on foot), where you can indulge in wine tasting and delicious meals. Explore local shops and discover unique treasures, all within easy reach. Enjoy the friendly atmosphere of the village, making your stay truly memorable. For those looking for more extensive exploration, Launceston is a short drive away (approximately 20 minutes), offering a wider range of dining and shopping options.

Getting Around:
Getting around is easy from your Exeter retreat. Free parking is available on-site with undercover off-street parking. For those arriving by air, Launceston Airport (LST) is approximately a 30-minute drive away. Public transport options within Exeter are limited, so having a car is recommended for exploring the Tamar Valley and surrounding areas. The village center, including the Exeter Bakery and Tamar Valley Wine Centre, are within easy walking distance. Launceston city center, with its wider range of services, is a 20-minute drive.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that there are a couple of steps at the entrances to the house. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Free parking is available on the premises. This property is suitable for children and infants.
