At the 1908 Olympics in London, he won gold in the 100-meter freestyle. Daniels was inducted into the International Swimming Hall of Fame in 1965.

The kitchen includes counter seating for two as well as stove, granite counter tops, brand new stainless refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker. The dining table seats six. Completing the open floor plan in the living area is a family room with wood-burning fireplace, comfortable seating and wall to wall windows with river views.
