Located right in the heart of Seacrest Beach, this spacious 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom condo features three overlapping luxurious private community pools, surrounded by spacious greenery, palm trees galore, and bike trails waiting to be explored. Take the time to get away with your family, children or group of friends and never have to leave the lovely 30A area for adventures, great wine & food, and beautiful Florida sunsets..

This three-bedroom beach cottage sleeps 8 people comfortably and is located on the fourth floor with a private patio that has views of the nicest community pool along 30A. Sea-crested has been rated the best subdivision on 30A and this beautiful cottage style condo features 1 king master en suite, 1 queen en suite and a spare room with two queen beds. The open concept living/ kitchen/ dining area is perfect for entertaining and is ready for family fun, shared meals, and unforgettable memories. This condo is the perfect location for you and your family to have a poolside view, easy access to the beaches and your very own vacation retreat.

1. Sea-crested is in the Seacrest Beach subdivision close to Rosemary Beach, 30Avenue, Inlet Beach for entertainment, shopping, and dining
2. Bike ride along the 19 miles of scenic Highway 30A.

Excellent, would highly recommend

Stayed at Sea-crested for Fall Break and it was a great experience! There was plenty of room with a beautiful view of the lagoon pool. The condo was clean and well maintained! We were in walking distance to many shops and eateries! I will certainly book in the future!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The accommodations were flawless, very clean and well stocked condo. The only drawback is the way overcrowded beach area. MANAGEMENT RESPONSE Hi Thomas! Thank you for letting us know how wonderful your experience was, in our poolside condo, "Sea-Crested" inside the Seacrest Beach Community! It is definitely a guest favorite in that area of 30A. And yes, sometimes the beaches along this area can become a bit populated with area visitors during the day - its a well-sought after vacation destination spot for beach goers! Loved it!

The condo was perfect for our family! Loved the view of the pool and the proximity to the beach and Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. We were disappointed that the grills didn't work on property. We were hoping to eat more meals at the condo. The pool was beautiful but very cold. We'll be back!

Great condo with lots of room

We had a great time at Seacrested. This condo is very spacious! I loved that there was so much storage (spacious pantry, large laundry room, nice closet space). The condo was very clean and well stocked. We were able to cook several meals at home and had everything we needed. We also appreciate all the extra baskets and such around the condo. It gave us places to unpack snack, toiletries, kids toys, etc. We had just a few suggestions that could make this condo even better. With the large open spaces and tile floors, the condo could be quite loud with the kids. Perhaps an area rug in the living room would help. It would also be a little bit more comfortable when playing on the floor and such. The carbon monoxide detector was in an outlet in the hallway and at prime "playing level" for children. It would get bumped and the alarm would start blaring. Maybe there is a newer version that's less finicky. That one was past it's expiration date as well. We followed the instructions for the Samsung tv in the living room (we have same tv at home) but could not get it to work. We replaced batteries and still no luck. We had to control the tv from the built in controller on the back of the tv. Overall I think this condo is a great place to stay. We enjoyed it so much!
