This beautiful beach escapade has an upgraded casual coastal feel and is perfect for a family getaway to the Sunshine State. Enjoy gorgeous views from a private sixth-floor balcony with a new elevated patio table and chairs set. There is beautiful ceramic tile in the condo as well as carpet in the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a great family meal including an electric tea kettle, juicer, and a farmhouse sink. The main bedroom has TV and features a king bed with light wood tone furnishings and bedding in cool sea blue and deep brown. There is a private main bath with a relaxing rain head shower. The second bedroom has one double bed and one twin bed with bedding in a crisp clean light blue and white design, trendy black and white art, brushed nickel accents, and nicely appointed furnishings. A TV will also be found in this bedroom. There is a washer/dryer inside on site for your convenience as well. The living area features nice touches like a beveled mirrored wall, new living room furnishings and upscale dining table for six, and three bar stools for casual dining at the bar. A sparkling community pool will be waiting for you during those warm, sunny days.

This prime location mere steps away from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico is ideal for beachgoers and families alike. The sunny Miramar Beach is a family-friendly and fun-filled resort town and offers visitors the best of Florida: Sand, surf, sightseeing, and endless dining options. Shoppers can peruse the popular Silver Sands outlets for bargains (less than one mile away) or the Grand Boulevard at Sandestin (less than three miles away). Dining options abound and there is something for everyone. If golf is your thing, make sure to pack your clubs and hit the links at the Emerald Bay Golf Club, which is three and a half miles away. Enjoy a unique movie-going experience at New Vision Theatres Boulevard 10, three miles away.

Seasonal beach service is included from March to October.
Bike rentals are included with your vacation rental.
Reservations include a free one-hour kayak rental.
Beach House will undergo a construction project beginning on October 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024 to waterproof/restore the Gulf-facing side of the buildings. The construction work includes but will not be limited to: large amounts of construction equipment set up throughout the property, construction type noise between the hours of 8:00am through 5:00pm Monday-Friday and an occasional Saturday, scaffolding equipment set up on the Gulf side of the property.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
