Schöne zwei Wohnungen nebeneinander in Wohngegend von 5-Sterne-Hotel. Wir haben private Hotelsicherheit rund um die Uhr. Es ist ein einzigartiger Ort, da alle unsere Gäste Zugang zur Cenote haben, die direkt vor dem Haus liegt. Der Strand ist ca. 900 m von den Apartments entfernt und nur für Anwohner zugänglich. Es ist der einzige Ort in Rivera Maya, an dem sich keine Menschen am Strand tummeln und Sie Schildkröten sehen können.
Die Apartments haben eine großartige Lage, 5 Minuten vom Akumal Turtle Beach und 10 Minuten von Puerto Aventuras entfernt. Wir sind nur 20 Minuten von der überfüllten und lauten Playa del Carmen und 15 Minuten vom berühmten Tulum entfernt.

Die wunderschöne blaue Lagune, in der Sie schnorcheln können, liegt 200 m vom Strand entfernt. Ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein lokales Restaurant, ein Café und eine Pizzeria befinden sich nur wenige Schritte vom Haus entfernt.

Absolutely perfect!

Wonderful house for family and friends inside a resort so we felt very safe, even walking around at night. The backyard is huge and looks directly into a cenote. Monkeys come every evening to drink water and eat berries from.the trees so being around between 5-6pm is a must. Clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. Beds we very hard so if that's what you like then you will enjoy. Easy to get to Akumal, and the host gave great recommendations on sites to see. If you like street food Akumal has some great spots... Chucky's tacos and LA beuna Vida were our favorites! Great find!!

Magical Paradise

I booked Nadia's place for a weeklong Women's Wellness and Adventure Retreat and it was absolutely magical!! Our mornings started with yoga and meditation on a patio facing the jungle and a private cenote. Days were spent on the beach and snorkeling in the larger cenote teaming with bright, tropical fish. All within walking distance from our "home". Our nights were spent being charmed by a family of spider monkeys who stopped by each night to feed in the jungle. Needless to say, we were completely enchanted!! The location is such that it is a very easy drive to Akumal and several of the areas spectacular cenotes. Of course, the highlight was swimming with the turtles in Akumal Bay! While we did rent a car, it would be very easy to access all of these places by taxi or bus. We cooked most of our own vegetarian meals on-site, but did take advantage of the some of the restaurants in Akumal. They were all delicious and we would be hard pressed to pick a favorite. Nadia was an absolute dream to work with! She was very attentive to all of our questions about the area and was very prompt to respond to any issues that arose. She has a great personality and was very warm and welcoming! We cannot wait to come back for another stay!

Enchanted at Hotel Chun

We arrived and were promptly met by our host Nadia who cheerfully welcomed us. The apartment is spacious with a large living room well appointed with an comfortable couches, coffee table, a large dining table and 86 inch modern big screen TV. There's a large modern kitchen and bar set up for easy cooking and serving for those nights you don't feel like going out. The entire back wall is windowed with sliding glass doors from ceiling to floor allowing a view of a huge patio and the jungle behind you. The only negative on the porch was instead of furniture there were CostCo type cheap folding chairs and a long white plastic top folding table. We went across the porch to the railing (be careful as the railing is in bad shape) and had our first view of a beautiful jungle areal behind us and the Cenote just below the porch. You can walk down some steps to it but be careful, they are old, covered with leaves and branches, and not well maintained however, the walk down is worth it as the pool is a natural beauty with crystal clear fresh water teaming with small fish. Monkeys are jumping through the trees around you and the friendly neighborhood iguanas welcome you with a quick twist and then dart out of sight. Back to the house in the bedrooms which are spacious with large sliding glass doors accessing your porch. The king size beds are very firm which for us was a bit too firm but everything is spacious, clean and modern. Convenient electric plugs on both sides of the bed made phone and tablet charging easy. The bathrooms are clean but as in most of Mexico, there are no bathtubs (much to my wife's dismay). Large stone lined showers yielded plenty of hot water. The only negatives were the general lack of maintenance to the back porch stairs and railings. They are dangerous and I almost fell when I reached up to hang on to a flagstone in the porch as I was climbing down and the stone came off in my hand. Also, the stove had a chronic problem that only allow its use for short period (long enough to cook a meal though) and the breaker had to be shut off after each use or an alarm would go off. All these were easily overcome and we attributed them to the difficulties of Covid. Nadia was always available with advice and good recommendations. I give this place a 4.5 our of 5.

Best hosts ever, great location with so much to do

We really enjoyed our stay with our family of 7. Plenty of space, safe area, and the kids (and wife) loved feeding the monkeys right on the back patio. The hosts are the absolute best we've ever had. They are very communicative and help you find anything you need. My only complaint is there is a bit of maintenance work that should be done for this to be a 5 star place. Boards on the back deck are very rotten and close to breaking thru, the thermostats did not work well, and some other small things. A little work and this is a gem. Recommended for anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Every week we meet people in our place from all over the world and very happy to share with them a little pis of wonderful nature of Mexico

We where looking for our house long time because we didnt want to live in Playa del Carmen full of tourist and crazy night life . And we found quite and very secure area inside the hotel . We chose our house because its unique place. You can not find any property in Rivera Maya wich is located just in front of wonderful cenote where you can watch monkeys on the trees every day and wake in paradise surrounded by green jungle. We love our beach because its really untouched virgin place where you will not see crowed. its only for residents and nobody else can enter there because it is inside of hotel
