Villa Vista Paraiso - schöne moderne 4-Schlafzimmer-Villa im Paradies

Villa Vista Paraiso is an amazing modern style home overlooking the town of Potrero and Potrero Beach. The home is pristine in every aspect. Upon walking into the home, you are swept away with breathtaking mountain, valley and beach views. The large open concept living room and kitchen open onto the pool and deck area. The colors of the tropical gardens on the property attract many butterflies and hummingbirds. The birds soaring overhead make you feel you are up in the sky.

The villa has four en suite master bedrooms. Each spaciously designed bedroom has floor to ceiling windows with incredible views and its own balcony. Each bedroom has a handmade king size bed made from local wood. The fourth bedroom offers two twin size beds in addition to the king size bed. The house comfortably sleeps 10 guests. Each bedroom has its own spacious bathroom.

The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to prepare your own meals. We can even do your grocery shopping and have the refrigerator stocked prior to your arrival for a small fee. There is an outdoor grill area and an outdoor dining area. We also offer private chef service to prepare wonderful meals in the home at an additional cost.
There are many restaurants nearby to enjoy as well. The dining table is made of local Guanacaste wood and seats eight guests. The kitchen island seats an additional three guests. There is an abundance of outdoor space to enjoy the views. Whether relaxing in the double edge infinity pool or on one of the many balconies and terraces of the house, you will find your own place to rest and relax. From the third floor deck of the house you can enjoy your morning cup of Costa Rican coffee. During the evening, the deck is a perfect place to enjoy happy hour and see a stunning Costa Rican sunset.

When you are ready to explore, there are eight beautiful beaches nearby. Each beach is unique from the other. Ocean activities such as snorkeling, diving, surfing, offshore fishing trips, and sunset catamaran tours can all be arranged for you. Land activities such as zip-lining, ATV cruising, mountain biking, adventure tours and animal sanctuaries can all be arranged.
There will be an inconspicuous on-site houseman named Oscar caring for the grounds and pool, as well as serving as evening security for the property so that everyone can feel secure with their stay. Airport transfers and car rentals can be arranged for your convenience. Minimum stay is Five (5) nights. Mid-stay housekeeping is included.

Situated in the hills above Playa Potrero, Costa Rica, in the Pacific Heights area, our villa is accessed via a gravel road, making an SUV with 4x4 highly recommended for transportation.

Rejuvenate and refresh

This was the perfect trip. We travels to Costa Rica without a solid plan except to make memories, refresh, and rejuvenate. All We’re accomplished. We had groceries delivered to the property, a cook for the meals we wanted at home, the views, and space were amazing. A cleaner came on Wednesday. We had Oscar the property care taker if we had questions about the house. We loved that it was private and secluded. We ventured out when we wanted to with kiddos ages 2-14. We checked out Tio Leos coffee cafe and tour (highly recommended) then headed to la Llona Cortez waterfalls we went past the tourist check in and we’re guided by locals for a fraction of the cost. We zip lined with monkeys, checked out La Boya water park for the little kiddos and ended up having the best time and food here. We ATVes to puerto Viejo beach and was stunned by the breathtaking views and water. Had massages set up at the house. Can’t say enough about our time in Costa and at this property looking forward to returning.

Stay was okay

For the price we were expecting a little more convenience then what we were met with. Many VRBOs and other rentals at lower price points have many necessities like tin foil or wraps, baggies, spices, etc. This property left a lot to be desired in this area. It was also quite odd some of the band-aid type fixes they had for drawers that wouldn't stay closed. The curtains in one of the main bathrooms was also terribly torn and seemed like a completely ignored detail that one would expect for a property like this. The shades on one of the umbrellas is ripped and provides poor shade for the person on the outside of the lining of chairs. There were not enough towels to go around for 5 people so we had to keep doing loads of laundry for shower towels. It was very interesting the lack of trash bins around the house. Many little weird annoyances added up to overall detract from what could potentially be a spectacular house. Local hotels offer better quality hair dryers. It feels like for a probably extremely expensive property the owner cut corners at the end or won't spend another probably $2K to get the right finishings and conveniences to tie the place together.

Great location and lovely property

This is a clean and very nice property. We were here for a week with my extended family (parents, sister, niece and my family of five). Enjoyed snorkeling, ziplining, hiking and swimming at the beach. Cooked great meals in the well-stocked kitchen and even had a chef come for two nights. Would definitely come back.

Absolutely Perfect Paradise Vacation

We visited Villa Vista Paraiso for a week-long vacation for two families. The property was absolutely perfect - everything we had expected from the online description and photos. The views were stunning, the home was impeccable and extremely well-appointed. Our hosts at Tropical Homes were so helpful in lining up various activities. It was a top notch experience that we will recommend to friends and family, and we hope to return sometime in the near future.

Great Birthday vacation!

The pictures don't do this place justice. The rooms are very spacious, The kitchen is top of the line and has EVERYTHING you need and then some. There is a smart TV but no cable but it wasn't a big deal for us. There are board games inside the home and a great pool to keep you occupied. You will definitely need a 4X4 car to get to the home and to move around town. The property manager can help with that. My friends and I will definitely be back soon!!
