A home from home! We have been renting this charming spacious apartment on this site since 2008.
We have been delighted that our guests have loved it as much as we do. We have been upgrading it regularly and invite you to
enjoy this very spacious beautifully presented 3 bedroom ( one bedroom is a "caveroom" a favourite with children!)
garden apartment. Our large living room has doors to Sunroom and private courtyard with barbecue, which becomes another room in summer .

Located in the most sought after residential area with safe onstreet parking . Ideal central location just a 5 minute gentle stroll ... no steep hills...to the miles of gorgeous sandy beaches and wonderful selection of restaurants , shops, supermarkets, friendly bars, playgrounds, Crazy, golf bowls etc...

This apartment is very popular with with repeat guest as it is ideal for family holidays...no dangerous balconies or stairs.!
Our sparkling gated pool pool is only 20 yards away. This has graded steps and a shallow end for small children .

Free WIFI, UK and Irish and international TV channels. Barbecue, Dishwasher with new kitchen fully equipped to produce family meals .
This is truly A HOME FROM HOME with all the comforts.

The unique design makes it feel like a villa with a Front door and the back door which leads to our private courtyard with Orange tree!!
The courtyard has dining table, chairs and barbecue where you can enjoy long lazy lunches or dine at night.

As we use this apartment for our own holidays you will find it exceptionally well equipped .

Mojacar is a very pretty and is an increasingly popular area. Becoming Cosmopolitan without losing its wonderful Spanish character and charm, It is a truly enjoyable, relaxing area with lots to do for everyone OR just be laid back and chill out!
You will see for yourself why and why so many of our guests either return to us or buy a property here for themselves!

We hope we have provided everything our guests need to enjoy the 320 days of sun Mojacar is famous for. .. but if you have any special requirement please do ask.

We supply linens, towels including beach towels and hair drier to help with luggage allowances.
We also provide a Welcome Pack upon arrival. Tea, coffee, milk, water and pantry items etc.

We have an English local agent should you have any queries or need any assistance during your stay.

Hemos pasado una semana en este apartamento y nos ha encantado. Iverna die.pre accesible por mail y WhatsApp. Se puede ir caminando a la playa y zona de restaurantes pero estás apartado del bullicio de la zona de ocio. Aparcamiento en la misma puerta, casa súper fresquita en verano, piscina comunitaria casi siempre vacía o muy poca gente. La casa muy cómoda, nos hemos sentido muy bien en ella. Sin duda repetiremos.

Apartamento genial

Hemos estado alojados 1 semana, el apartamento es grande, planta baja y con dos terrazas, tiene aire acondicionado que nos ha ido perfecto ya que ha hecho mucha calor. La piscina de la comunidad está justo delante, un verdadero placer. Muchas tranquilidad en la zona. Estamos encantados.

Muy contentos en general , la casa esta bien ubicada quizás un poquito retirada de la playa pero por regla general todo bien con todas las comodidades y además con piscina que estaba estupenda, lo único negativo por poner algo fue la televisión no fuimos capaces de ver ningún canal en español,

A gem indeed, home from home.

I can honestly say that this apartment was the most comfortable i have ever stayed in. Myself and family found the place beautifuly kept, and absoulutly spotless. The homliness and attention to detail is really lovely and every extra you can think of is there for just in case you need it..The pool is so private and quiet its perfect .we found this apartment to be a gem among the rest. We will back for sure, and would recommend this place to anyone , fabulous apartment , perfect location , super holiday..untill next time thanks so much Iverna Hynes for making the perfect fit for our family , and being a pleasure to deal with. We fell in love with Mojacar both for its beauty and wonderfully relaxed atmosphere the first time we visited . It was like Marbella had been 40 years ago ..before it became a crowded city!
We decided to add Mojacar to our portfolio as we knew we would enjoy staying here ourselves .

The previous owners , from the UK , had lived here for 7 years. So we knew it would be suitable for both Summer and Winter time...it can be chilly at night without insulation !
We have had lots of extremely happy guests. We have enjoyed our holidays here and enjoy making improvements and upgrades each year .

Mojacar is an historic 'White Village' in the Province of Almería overlooking the Mediterranean Sea with seven kilometres of beaches. Throughout Spain Mojacar is known as El Rincón del Embrujo (Corner of Enchantment), enjoying Europe's healthiest climate, providing a quality of life that most people seek but rarely ever find.

Our location has to be one of the best in Mojacar, it in a quiet residential area. Just a gentle stroll to the Playa without any of the steep hills which are such a feature of Mojacar!

We are situated near the Pueblo Indalo and Red Cross roundabout a very central area . So there is a huge selection of restaurants whether you turn left or right at the end of our short road.

I rarely have to use a car when we are staying.
A trip to to the gorgeous Pueblo as it is essential to experience the quaint winding streets and breathtaking views!
