BED CONFIGURATION:
Bedroom 1: 1 x King Size Floating Bed with Custom Lighting with 55 inch SMART TV and ensuite shower room.
Bedroom 2: 1 x King Size Bed on the 2nd floor with SMART TV, seating area and ensuite shower room.
Bedroom 3: 4 x Bespoke Small-Double 4ft Bunkbeds with 43 inch SMART TV. Each bunk has its own reading light and USB socket.
Living Room: 1 x Double Sofa Bed
LIVING AREAS:
The home has everything you need to relax and make yourself at home. There is a spacious living area benefitting from a large L shape sofa, which can be turned into 1 x double sofa bed, to sit down and relax in the evenings. A large SMART TV with a full Virgin Media Package which includes access to Sky Movies, Sky Sports, Netflix, Disney+ and surround sound so you won't miss a thing! Additionally, there's a games room, featuring a pool table and table tennis with a projector, dart board and surround sound set up!
DINING AREAS:
The property benefits from a dining table for 10 in the open plan kitchen and has outdoor seating so you can take in the ambience of the outdoor firepit and hot tub whilst enjoying some food or a glass or two.
KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES:
The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook an array of meals during your stay. There is a double oven and 4-ring electric hob with a SIEMENS bean to coffee machine, large integrated fridge and freezer, microwave, integrated dishwasher, kettle, toaster and so much more.
GAMES ROOM:
The games room benefits from plenty of seating, a complimentary mini bar with drinks and nibbles, a dart board, projector screen with Sky Sports, Netflix, Disney+ and so much more, and a table which can be used as an additional dining table, a pool table or set up for some table tennis!
BATHROOMS/TOILETS:
There are 3.5 bathrooms in the property. The large family bathroom benefits from a full size bath, shower, toilet, sink with light up bluetooth vanity mirror so you can play your own music! Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 benefit from an en-suite shower room with a shower, toilet, sink and light up bluetooth vanity mirror to connect to your phone! There is an additional WC downstairs.
OUTSIDE:
In private garden, there is an upper decking where you will find the hot tub. The hot tub has a light up pergola which can be opened and closed so can be used in any type of weather. You can also connect your phone to play music whilst you relax in the tub! There is also a privacy screen available for your comfort. There is plenty of outside seating so you can enjoy the ambience of the property and you can use the feature fire pit table to wow all your guests!

When getting from the property to Manchester, as with any city, it’s always best to go in on foot as finding parking can always be a struggle. The property is also conveniently located just a short walk to the Salford Train Station. You can also use the Manchester taxi or Uber to easily get around.

*This property is not suitable for parties!
*This is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property via security and no refund, your deposit supplied through Airbnb may be used towards extra costs in removing you. This house is in a quiet area, so after 10 p.m., the quiet times are to be respected.
*We have a strict NO-SMOKING indoors policy at our properties. A standard charge of £1000 will be charged through Airbnb when we find evidence of smoking within the accommodation to cover cleaning costs and long-lasting damage on the property.
*Any loud music, parties, and smoking indoors will also result in immediate removal from the accommodation as we will be highlighted via our noise and air monitoring systems located in the property.
*For stays longer than a week, additional housekeeping can be arranged for a further fee.
*To book with us, we require the lead guest to complete our online check-in form which includes an agreement to our T&Cs and the provision of a UK government-issued photo ID or passport.
EXTRAS:

ADDITIONAL CLEANING POLICY:
