– Please ensure all children’s books are put away and toys are packed away neatly as found
– Please do not put hot dishes/trays from the oven directly onto the kitchen surfaces or dining table – use the hob or the heat mats provided
– Please ensure the BBQ is disconnected from the gas tank after use
– Please ensure you remove all left over food and clean the BBQ after use, and replace the cover
– You must remain in the property while the washing machine or dryer is in use
– Parties are strictly prohibited
– Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside or around the premises
– Candles are strictly prohibited
– Please lock all windows and doors when leaving the property
– Extra guests are not allowed
– This is your home away from home, please care for it as such
Swimming Pool Rules
– The swimming pool is only to be used from 8am to 8pm. The pool cover
MUST be put back on after use (latest by 8pm), as this heavily impacts the
temperature balance in the pool room
– Children under 18 must be supervised at all times, by a responsible adult.
– No outdoor shoes in the pool room
– The jacuzzi and sauna are not for use
– No solo swimming
– Make sure children use the toilet and all bathers shower before use (no peeing in the pool please)
– Babies and non-toilet trained children must use a double nappy system in the pool
– Do not wear suntan lotions, spray tans, skin creams, make-up, small jewellery or loose false nails, in the pool
– Tie back long hair before entering the pool
– Do not walk on the swimming pool cover
– Do not enter the pool until the cover has been full retracted/removed
– Strictly no food or glass must be taken into the pool house
– Familiarise yourself and children with the pool’s depths and rules
– It is recommended that you do not use the pool after a heavy meal or while under the influence of alcohol or sedatives
– Seek medical advice before using if pregnant or have health problems or are immunocompromised
– Please be mindful that the hard floor surfaces around the pool are likely to be slippery, particularly when wet. Take care when getting in and out.
– No running around the pool
– No diving, somersaults, or back flips into the pool
– The raised area at the back becomes slippery when wet, so please keep wet bathers away from here, and ask them to stay around the pool only
– The table seating area in the pool room is for dry seating only
– Please ensure you fully dry off before entering the changing room and toilet – this area should be kept dry.
– The pool is used entirely at your own risk
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 4pm, and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time, as this will cause disruption to the cleaner's schedule.
