Unarranged late checkout @ £24 p/hr if staff has to wait for more than 15mins.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Flat is accessible 24/7 using KEY NEST but please be considerate of neighbours when arriving after 22:00.
Details in check in guide on the app released 48 hrs before arrival.

We will be available to answer any questions before, during and after your stay.
We generally respond immediately from 9am till 21:00 GMT every day, but please bear with us a bit during working day or Sundays.
For emergencies please send us a Whats App outside those hours.

★ PLEASE NOTE, WE DO NOT OWN THE BUILDING - We can only take responsibility for what happens in our flat. We will do all we can to resolve any issues to do with neighbours or communal areas as soon as possible though.
