The Space:
The estate spans multiple levels and structures, offering a blend of modern luxury, privacy, and comfort. The main building houses a spacious living room with a fireplace, sea views, and 55” Android TV, along with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 15, and 2 en suite bedrooms. The basement level features 9 additional en suite bedrooms, many with direct access to the outdoor areas, and a recreation room fitted with a smart TV, table football, backgammon, and chess.
Guest houses are located across the upper and entrance levels. The upper level includes 3 master guest houses, each 45 sqm, with kitchenettes, sea views, and private entrances—one also offering a private heated pool. The entrance level hosts 4 guest houses with queen beds and kitchenettes. A separate breakfast kitchen and sea-view breakfast area can seat 40 guests.
Outdoor amenities include two large pools (100 sqm and 50 sqm, one heatable), a shaded pool bar, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with BBQ, a 40-person dining space, smart TVs, sunbeds, hammocks, and a luxury spa area featuring a massage room, jacuzzi, steam bath, feet spa, cold barrel shower, and ice fountain.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire estate, including all pools, spa facilities, gym, indoor and outdoor living areas, kitchens, and recreational spaces. All rooms are equipped with premium amenities, including smart TVs, room bars, safe boxes, luxury linens, and sound systems. Security features include electromagnetic doors with keyless entry, alarm systems, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and 34 CCTV cameras that can be snoozed for privacy. Private parking for 8 cars is available.

Located in the Kalo Livadi–Kalafatis area, the estate is situated close to several renowned beaches. Kalo Livadi and Loulos Beach are just 300 meters away. Kalafatis Beach is 1.5 km, and Lia Beach, Elia Beach, and Ftelia Beach are all within a 5 km radius. Mykonos Town, Port, and Airport are 10–11 km away, offering easy access to the island’s vibrant lifestyle and transport connections.
Getting Around:
While private transfers and taxis are available, having a rental car is recommended for ease of access to the surrounding beaches, Mykonos Town, and other attractions. The estate offers private parking for up to 8 vehicles with secure, electronic sliding doors.

Daily maid service is provided. Linens are changed twice weekly, and towels are replaced daily. Baby furniture is available upon request.
