This delightful 65 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the 1st floor without lift access, so it is not ideal for people with reduced mobility.

The living space features a lovely sitting area, including two single sofa beds, where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutleries to make delicious meals.

The first bedroom includes a queen bed and the second has a double one. Both bedrooms are modernly decorated and fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.

The two bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

During your visit to the city, you will pass many other monuments that reflect Braga's importance as one of the country's main religious centers.

With its narrow, labyrinthine pedestrian streets, welcoming and ornate squares, church façades, and grandly decorated mansions, Braga has a charm you can hardly escape.

Take the opportunity to visit the beauty of the city's sites and monuments, such as Jardim de Santa Bárbara, Arco da Porta Nova, Bom Jesus do Monte, and many others.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Braga, is just a 9-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 41-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
