Villa Barza with private swimming pool in Sicily

Villa Barza is a lovely sea-facing villa located on Sicily’s eastern coast between Catania and Syracuse. Offering picturesque views of Baia Arcile and the Gulf of Catania, this elegant villa features a private swimming pool and easy beach access. With luxurious amenities including a jacuzzi, sauna and a gym, it provides the perfect getaway for families and groups. The villa is conveniently close to shops, banks, and restaurants (7 km), with attractions like Syracuse, Noto, Marzamemi, and the Vendicari nature reserve easily accessible by car.

Villa Barza (280 sqm) develops over two levels (ground and lower ground floor).

On the lower ground floor, you will find a sauna and a gym with fitness equipment and a comfortable sofa.

On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with comfortable sofas and a stone fireplace, a dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen. Glass doors from the living room lead onto the terrace and garden. Additionally, there is a guest bathroom, laundry room, five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The sleeping area consists of

- One double bedroom (with king size bed; 180 x 200 cm) with ensuite bathroom (with shower)
- One double bedroom (with four-poster bed; 160 x 200 cm) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).
- Two double bedrooms (with double beds; 160 x 200 cm), each with a bathroom (with shower)
- One quadruple bedroom (with double bed; 160 x 200 cm and a bunk bed) with bathroom (with shower).

Outside you will find a well-maintained garden featuring lawns, a private swimming pool measuring 7 x 16 m with a depth ranging from 1.2 – 2.4 m, and a jacuzzi measuring 2.2 x 2.2 m with a depth ranging from 0.4 - 0.9 m. The jacuzzi is heated at 30°C and seats 7 people. Both the pool and jacuzzi are open from 1 April to 31 October. Other outside facilities include an outdoor shower, sun loungers and a barbecue. Furthermore, there is an alfresco dining area next to the villa (with a table for 12 people) as well as an outdoor lounge space where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings.
