Phaedrus Living Beachfront Villa Merenda, a delightful 2-bedroom retreat, is nestled directly along the shoreline between the charming villages of Agia Marina Chrysochous and Nea Dimmata, a mere 17-minute drive from Poli Chrysochous. Upon entering the villa, your gaze is immediately captivated by the breathtaking beach panorama. The villa boasts a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, microwave, and filter coffee machine. The inviting living room offers a cozy couch, a generously sized smart TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Ascend the staircase to discover the two bedrooms on the upper level. The master bedroom, adorned with a double bed, features an ensuite bathroom and a balcony that grants sweeping views of the sea. The second bedroom, equipped with two single beds, also opens onto a balcony. This floor additionally houses the main bathroom, complete with a bathtub.

The living room seamlessly connects to the outdoor haven through large glass doors. Here, a well-appointed outdoor area beckons with comfortable furnishings, including a dining table for indulging in al fresco meals while reveling in the awe-inspiring beach vistas.
All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
