Located on the second floor of a prestigious building with double elevators, the apartment overlooks a quiet internal courtyard from both sides, shielding you from city noises. Double-glazed windows and shutters ensure peaceful rest, while a reinforced door provides security.

Every detail is meticulously organized to ensure a worry-free stay: ultra-fast Wi-Fi keeps you connected, air conditioning ensures comfort throughout the year, and a washer-dryer makes light packing possible. A fully equipped workstation, iron, and drying rack are included, meeting the needs of traveling professionals.

Designed to ensure privacy and sociability, it features two cozy bedrooms - a master with a work area and a secondary with an en-suite bathroom - in addition to a spacious main bathroom with a large shower, double sinks, and a bidet for maximum comfort.
