The interior is spacious, with interesting, high quality features. Light and air are invited in at every opportunity, along with transfixing views over an expanse of sky and marshland.

Dining room seats 10 people and a double-ended sitting room with 3 large comfortable sofas and a well-stocked book shelf.

There are 4 large bedrooms sleeping a max of 10 people.
3 rooms are housing king size beds, one with en-suite shower room and all with beautiful linens, quality pillows and mattresses to ensure a restful nights sleep. One room offers 2 single beds and a set of single bunks, perfect for children or adults alike.

There are 3 toilets, one en-suite shower room, a bathroom with free standing bath and a downstairs shower room. Large utility wash room, perfect for unloading sandy picnic baskets and resting dogs. There is a washing machine a tumble dryer.


Outside
The weather bleached deck is the place to soak in the scenery and sounds from dawn until dusk. Relax on the outdoor sofas, listening to the cacophony of birdsong and the clinking of the halyards from the nearby yachts- a place of sheer tranquility.

Take in the expansive open skies and marvel at the ever-changing scene as the tide flows in over the creeks and salt marshes, providing a natural harbour for boats to sail.

As the evening draws in, extend your time outdoors by lighting the clean burn outdoor wood burning stove from Cockle bay outdoor Stove Co. and stargaze into the Norfolk dark skies.

The rear garden is fully enclosed with lawn, raised beds, a terraced eating area with XL cooking egg bbq and sofas.

Nearby
Beyond your doors lie salt marshes sheltered from the battering of sea waves. The web of interconnected channels fed by the tides is a haven for wildlife, walkers and photographers, or just those of us who love to gaze and watch long evening shadows fall. The beach becomes a natural harbour as the tide comes in; look up from your book to the happy spectacle of sailing boats on their way out to sea.


Guest access
The whole house will be available but not the garage space.

The building to the right of the driveway when facing the property is the SAILLOFT 2 bedroomed apartment and is owned by the owners of Marsh Tide.

This property is also a holiday let and may have guests or the owners staying in it.

The Sailloft has allocated parking and the rest of the driveway is for Marsh Tide guests.
