Wagtail’s Rest is a single-storey lodge consisting of an open-plan living space with kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, a dining space with seating for four guests and a sitting area with Smart TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower room and a twin, along with a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear decking space with furniture and off-road parking is available. Within 1.4 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub, and a beach, and please note that one well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, this is a smoke-free property. Walk the narrow streets, watch the fishermen land their catch, check the Smugglers Museum, take a leisurely lunch overlooking the harbour and then walk the clifftops for a taste of the spectacular coastal scenery. The working fishing port of Looe is just 4 miles away and the delights of Cornwall's far west are easily accessible via the nearby Boddinnick ferry to Fowey and beyond with the local area well served with bus and ferry services.
