There's a spacious living room with an L-shaped sofa, large armchair and a smart TV. The modern fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals at home and also has access out in to the generous rear garden - the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. There are 2 spacious double bedrooms, both featuring plenty of storage space for clothes and comfortable double beds made up with crisp hotel linen. There is a modern family bathroom with a shower over bath, toilet and sink as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. There is also a downstairs WC with toilet and sink. The property also benefits from designated parking spaces for 2 cars.

The house is located on a quiet road, just 10 minutes drive or 25 minutes walk from Central Wolverhampton. There's a local convenience store on the same road, and a selection of restaurants and bars all within easy walking distance. Central Wolverhampton features attractions such as Wolverhampton Art Gallery and the Grand Theatre as well as the Wulfrun Shopping centre, home to high street brands and a choice of bars and restaurants. Wolverhampton Molineux Stadium is less than 10 minutes drive away.

Getting Around:
Central Wolverhampton is a 10 minute drive, 20 minute bus or 25 minute walk from the property. Wolverhampton train station is just a 20 minute walk or short taxi ride away. Wolverhampton Molineux Stadium is less than 10 minutes drive away.

Other Things to Note:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay, just bare in mind it is kitted for 4 people.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
