After a few months-long restoration project, we are thrilled to offer you the opportunity to sit back and relax in this calm & spacious space. This property has been thoughtfully restored to present an experience of upscale décor & heart-warm interior design touches.

We welcome both short & long-stay guests; visiting and relocating families as well as groups of business travellers. We have special rates & discounts available

This warm and cozy 2-bed property offers a spacious co-living area and its only about a mile from the Royal Gwent Hospital on Cardiff Road, Newport and from the M4 Motorway.

The property offers good transport links for both business and leisure pursuits, with good links to Newport town centre and Newport Train Station, which is just about 2 miles or 8 mins drive from the property.

The property is conveniently located in one of the popular and desired family areas of Newport, with easy access and walking distances to take-away shops, Lidl, McDonalds, Tesco Extra shop and fuel station for your car.

ABOUT OUR HOME
A fully stocked & well-equipped kitchen awaits with features including a Nespresso, a French press and an automatic filter coffee maker for the coffee connoisseurs in the group.

With two bedrooms, two full shower rooms and one toilet in the family bathroom, there is space to comfortably accommodate up to a group of 3 or 4 people travelling and/or working together.

The first bedroom is on the first floor and features a super king-size bed, a room desk and comfy chair to write or work from, a full standing mirror and a space for your bag and hanger for your clothes. There’s also drawers on the sides of the bed for extra storage of your personal belongings. High-quality hotel-style beds & headboards with Semi Orthopaedic Mattresses that makes you feel well rested after sleeping on them.

On the same first floor, is the second bedroom, which offers a comfy single-sized bed, a room desk and comfy chair to write or work from, a full standing mirror and a space for your bag and hanger for your clothes. There’s also drawers on the sides of the bed for extra storage of your personal belongings. This second bedroom also have high-quality hotel-style beds & headboards with Semi Orthopaedic Mattresses that makes you feel well rested after sleeping on them.

One of our bedrooms in this lovely 2-bed property, offers the flexibility of using it as either with a Super King size bed or two singles by splitting the bed into two Single beds and this configuration can be provided upon request, to allow the possibility to sleep two persons in the room or a total of 3 persons at the property or even 4 people if you consider using the sofa bed in the lounge.

The later configuration of splitting the Super King size bed into two Single beds tend to work best for a group of people or a team travelling/working together that wants a comfortable place to stay and socialise together, while still keeping their respective lodging costs down.

For privacy, the bedrooms are equipped with blinds or curtains and the kitchen and shower rooms have reflective/frosted windows with venetian blinds.

The property is great for longer stays as all necessities are provided, such as: Electric iron and ironing board, kitchen Microwave, Toaster, Electric Kettle, Dishwasher, fridge-freezer and Washer-dryer machine for laundry facilities to help you take care of your washing.

Due to the neighbourhood being a popular and desired family area of Newport, this property is not suitable for the party goers who may disturb the neighbourhood.

Visiting Cardiff with Public Transportation such as Buses is easy, as all you need to do is use the services of Bus 30 shuttling between Newport and Cardiff and then stop at "Shops" Bus Stop on B4237 Cardiff Road, Newport. From there walk to Maesglas Avenue, which is off the B4237 Cardiff Road.
