NEW FOR 2024: Just a mile from the beach and centre of Aldeburgh this spacious single storey house, with a large enclosed garden and parking for two cars, is ideal for a seaside holiday, short break, or corporate stay. Accommodation comprises a super-king with en-suite shower room, a double, a single, and a family bathroom.

You’re welcomed into a porch with a coat cupboard and space to leave footwear and before going through the door into the large hallway with all the rooms opening off it. There are doors from the living room and the kitchen to the garden and all rooms are carpeted other than the kitchen, bathroom and shower room.

LIVING ROOM
Great any time of the year with a wood burner for the winter months and doors to the garden for the summer. This large room has a generous corner sofa with a coffee table and extra seating on two small footstools, as well as a table and a couple of chairs for guests wanting to eat in here.

KITCHEN/BREAKFAST ROOM
A good-sized kitchen overlooking the garden with a door to the garden and units wrapping around one corner and a glass table with four chairs (and a extra in the living room if needs be). Appliances include a gas oven and separate grill, a four-ring gas hob with extractor above, a microwave, a massive fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, toaster, four slice toaster, kettle and a washer/dryer.

BEDROOM WITH EN-SUITE
The super-king size bed takes pride of place in this big bedroom at the front of the house, with shelves on either side. There’s ample storage in the wardrobe with hanging and shelving, a chest of drawers, a dressing table with a chair and a comfy chair to relax in with a good book.
SHOWER ROOM
This modern en-suite has a large cubicle with a handheld shower on an adjustable pole, a wash basin in a vanity unit, a WC, heated towel rail and a window giving natural light.

DOUBLE BEDROOM
Sitting quietly at the back of the house, this room has a sturdy wooden bed with a bedside unit on one side and a chest of drawers on the other. There’s additional storage in the wardrobe (where you’ll find the travel cot and highchair if needed) and dressing table with a stool as well as a little button back chair in the corner.

SINGLE
This pretty single room has a single bed, dressing table with a stool, and a chest of drawers so you can unpack and settle in.

FAMILY BATHROOM
Conveniently off the corridor so easily accessible for guests in the double and single rooms, the P shaped bath has an electric shower over it and a screen, there’s a wash basin, WC and a window.

GARDEN
This detached bungalow sits in a wonderfully quiet cul-de-sac, set back from the road with a front lawn and driveway with parking for two cars, just a mile from the sea front and the high street. The garden is a great asset, fully enclosed with plenty of space to run around on the raised lawned area and a patio with outside furniture for meals in the sea air.

NOTES
Whilst the house is single storey, disabled access is limited due to a step up to the porch and another to the front door, and a shower cubicle as opposed to a wet room.
