Located close to Spello in the heart of the Umbrian countryside, Villa Capella is a lovely villa with a private swimming pool. Ideal for relaxing holiday with family or friends, the villa lies just 2 km from Spello, where you can find shops and restaurants. You can also easily reach Bevagna, Assisi, Montefalco, Perugia and Spoleto, if you chose to drive from the villa.

Villa Capella (110 sqm) develops over two levels.

In the basement (accessed by an external staircase), you will find an open plan living room with a sitting area (with double sofa bed), a dining area (with table seating 6), a kitchenette and a guest bathroom (with toilet).

On the ground floor, you will find an open plan living room (with six-seater sofa), a dining area (with dining table) and a well-equipped kitchen (with modern appliances). In the sleeping area on this level, you will find three double/twin bedrooms (each with two single beds) and two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a tub.

Outside, you will find a well-kept garden with a private swimming pool (10m x 5m; depth 1.4m; open from 1 May to 31 October) with a sunbathing area (with sun loungers), a porch (with table, chairs, movable barbecue) and private parking (for 3 cars).
