Alba Cottage is a 2 bedroom house situated a stones throw to the town and beach. Decorated in neutral tones, you will feel instantly relaxed once you step through the door.
The living room is a great space for watching a film or the snug in the next room has a comfortable sofa to read a book or enjoy a board game in front of a log burner. The kitchen with a dining space is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and a dishwasher to help ease the load! The garden is accessible from the kitchen, so why not enjoy a coffee in the early morning sun.
Upstairs you will find a double bedroom and a bunk bedroom. The family bathroom consists of a WC, basin, and a roll top bath, with a shower overhead, perfect for a relaxing soak after a day of exploring.
There is plenty to see and do in this seaside town, from taking a boat trip from the Historic Harbour, strolling around the Castle grounds or visiting the local museum. You won't be short of places to eat either or enjoying an ice cream on a hot day.
There is free street parking on the road and surrounding roads. The nearest paid parking is Victoria Street or Gorrell Tank car park. You can view the charges on the Canterbury City Council website. Parking can be limited in the high season but once you have parked up, you are close enough to walk into town, beach, shops etc.

There are frequent busses running from Whitstable to Herne Bay and Canterbury. You will find bus stops along Harbour Street, High Street, Oxford Street etc.
The trains from Whitstable station will take you to Ramsgate or further afield to London. Whitstable Train Station is about a 10 minute walk to the town centre.
There are also Taxi services available for short fares or airport runs. The nearest airport is in London and the Ferry port is in Dover.
