Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are 4 to 5 ferry boats going to and from the island in the summer months. Kea has been called the Hidden Gem of the Cycladic islands, due its beautiful landscape, gorgeous sandy beaches and unique architecture.

The house is set in the the ceenter of Ioulida, the main town/village of the island, just a 5 minute walk from the main square. Please note: You will need to walk up from the parking to get to the house.

The house has been completely renovated and is ideal for those that want to be in the center of town.

The house has a seating area outside and inside there is a living room with an open-plan kitchen. From the window at the kitchen table there is a sea view. In the living room there are stairs leading to a sleeping area for 2 people and near the living room is a guest w.c.

There are stairs from the living room leading to the lower level where there is a bedroom and a full bathroom.
