With beautiful surroundings of unspoiled landscapes and an abundance of walking routes nearby, it is the ideal place to recharge your batteries. The Fairway benefits from on-site private parking and a peaceful Juliet balcony overlooking the 12th hole of Hinckley Golf Club.

The Space:
The Fairway has a spacious living area with two sofas, a flat screen TV and a sliding door which opens out on to the Juliet Balcony with its stunning views across Hinckley Golf Club. The colour palette is completely neutral to create a truly relaxing space. Also sharing this space is the dining area where you can enjoy meals with your loved ones.

The kitchen is fully equipped so you can make the most of your self-catering stay. Featuring cream, smooth cabinets and grey worktops, it has a modern look.

You’ll find two bedrooms at The Fairway – one king and one twin. Both spaces have comfy mattresses, plush bedding and crisp linens to ensure you get the best night's sleep. The beds are zip and link so can be made up to suit your needs.

Outside you’ll have access to two communal spaces, one located at the rear of the property next to the 12th hole, and the other to the side of the property where you’ll find outdoor furniture and a flower garden.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to The Fairway are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to your stay.

Private on-site parking is available for up to two vehicles.

The Leicestershire Round’ is also easily accessible from Hinckley. This long-distance footpath spans approximately 100 miles and offers hikers a diverse and scenic journey through picturesque countryside, charming villages, and historic landmarks. The trail showcases the natural beauty and cultural heritage of Leicestershire, making it a popular hiking route.

Getting Around:
Hinckley has fantastic rail links to locations across the Midlands and beyond. From the train station, direct routes can be found to Birmingham, Cambridge, Ely, Leicester, March, Melton Mowbray, Nuneaton, Peterborough and Stamford.

A number of bus routes can be found running throughout Hinckley. Hop on the 7 to visit Nuneaton, take a ride on the 8 to call into Lutterworth, or travel on the 148 to take in the sights of Leicester and Coventry.

The closest airport to Hinckley is Birmingham International, 20 miles away from the town.
