Horrible management!
The experience at this property was tainted by two big issues that were reported to Vacasa on our first days of a week-long vacation, but we never heard back from ANYONE with regard to the issues:
We had a fire alarm beeping on/off during the nights but it was too high in the ceiling to access/change battery ourselves.
We had rain from a passing storm begin to leak through the living room sliding door so we put a pot down to capture the water and avoid damage to the property (I submitted photo evidence via email.)
I went ahead and emailed my growing frustration and followed up everyday throughout the week to check in on early concerns only to be told that local management has been alerted but have yet to respond.
On top of the lack of communication from Vacasa, the guest bathroom’s shower curtain was moldy! I have pics.
I am shocked at the disregard we received during our stay, and wonder if the owner is aware of such horrible management! It seems they do not have a good process for guest services (one can only reach a main number who would speak to local management directly and guests are never provided a local contact.)
7 days later, I finally heard back from one rep on our final day who basically said (yet again) that our issue has been submitted.
I wish I spent more money and booked through AirBnb if I knew that meant not being blatantly ignored.
