This tranquil pocket of central London is only a 7 min walk from the tube (20 mins to the West End and The City). Nearby cafes, restaurants, boutiques, tennis courts and playgrounds, plus a large living and entertaining space opening onto a leafy terrace, make it a perfect retreat for a family or two couples raring to enjoy London in style.
The space
Our stylishly-renovated Victorian terrace house is spread over three floors.

GROUND FLOOR
The space is open plan, featuring a large, light, open plan kitchen, dining, TV and living area with views onto the Common. At the back, full-length sliding glass doors open onto a sunny, jasmine-clad terrace garden with a firepit/BBQ.
The well-equipped kitchen has Bosch and Siemens appliances, including an oven, microwave/oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric induction hob, Smeg toaster and Delonghi bean-to-cup coffee machine.
The large solid oak dining table seats 8 people and there are four stools at the kitchen island.
The TV area features a large, eight seat sofa and a new Sony OLED Smart TV.
The chill out area features designer furniture and a gas fire.

FIRST FLOOR
MASTER BEDROOM AND EN SUITE BATHROOM
The large master bedroom features a large Queen size bed, a Juliet balcony with French doors and views across the tree-tops of Clapham Common. It opens onto a large ensuite bathroom with a freestanding bath and shower attachment, toilet and large vanity. Body wash, Shampoo and Conditioner from Green People, the award-winning natural skin and hair care company (recyclable packaging) is in every bathroom. Hair dryer provided.
Travel cot and bedding available on request.


BEDROOM 2
Features a King size bed with bedside tables and views onto
the garden terrace. There is space for a fold-out bed in this room (or the main bedroom) for a fifth person. Or a cot.

BATHROOM 2
The second bathroom is next door to Bedroom 2 and has a toilet, vanity unit with mirror and a freestanding bath with shower attachment. Green People, award-winning natural body wash, shampoo and conditioner (in recyclable packaging is in every bathroom.

SECOND FLOOR

BATHROOM 3
In the top floor is a bathroom with a toilet, small vanity unit and a walk-in shower. Green People, award-winning natural body wash, shampoo and conditioner (in recyclable packaging is in every bathroom.

BASEMENT
A utility room with a Bosch washing machine, heated drying rack and basin unit.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the house, apart from three rooms upstairs which remain locked for storage purposes.
Other things to note
The house is tall and has relatively steep stairs, so please bear that in mind if climbing stairs is difficult. There are no stair gates in place for toddlers.
