GUEST POLICY DOCUMENT

1. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-In: Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
Check-Out: Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.

2. RESERVATION AND PAYMENT POLICY
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card valid at the date of the start of your stay.
Full payment is required at the time of check-in.
Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Personal checks are not accepted.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time to avoid a cancellation fee of one night's stay.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the reservation amount.

4. ROOM OCCUPANCY POLICY
Maximum room occupancy is dependent on the room type booked.
Children under the age of 12 may stay free of charge when using existing beds.
Extra beds can be requested and are subject to availability and additional charges.

5. PET POLICY
Pets are not allowed, except for service animals with proper documentation.

6. NON-SMOKING POLICY

This includes doing your dishes, disposing of trash, and wiping down counters in the kitchen, as well as clearing your table in the dining room.
Guests who do not clean up after themselves in these communal areas will be subject to a cleaning fee of 35 CHF.

11. NOISE CONTROL POLICY
Our shared dining room houses a piano for our guests' enjoyment. To respect the quiet enjoyment of all guests, the piano should not be used after 22:00.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 7:00 AM throughout the hotel. Please respect these hours and maintain a low noise level.
